    I think one of the reasons Zaluzhny was fired was because he probably pushed hard for a withdrawal from Avdiivka, which wasn't what Zelensky wanted for political and symbolic reasons, so he put Sirsky in his place as a guy who will do what he is told irregardless of the cost in lives.

    Bakhmut was important because the AFU had to move many units ready for the Zaporizhzhia offensive. The result was that the Russians had time to build defensive lines and the AFU had to delay the offensive for months, which ultimately failed...now the russian play a bakhmut 2.0 again and the AFU fell for the trap again

      This logic doesn't work. Russi also had to send vast amounts of resources to Bakhmut wich prevented them from building up more men. Ukraine was also using that time to build up.

      @@Testimony_Of_JTF again you are totally wrong because your sources are the actual propaganda. Russia only used convicts in the battle while signing in a lot of new fresh personnel to the armed froces due to the great sign up bonuses. Their losses werent a hundred thousand men and they used easily dispensable personnel while building up offensive power with actual normal volunteers back inside Russia. During the offensive Ukraine sacrificed newly created 3 NATO trained offensive brigades to recapture Bahmut, which failed and caused the offensives first punch in the south to fail immediately. Americans even wanted UAF to use all of their froces down south. They didnt because of Bakhmut. "This and the equipment and units used in the offensive are different from the ones used in a defensive battle." Well you genious why didnt Ukraine rather than defending the city started building up pressure down south in Zaphoruzhia? They couldnt because the new brigades were reserved for the offensive and the old ones were dying for strategically unimportant Bakhmut. He can't into analytics, it's really bad even from the "unbiased" point of view, flooded with misleading information, deliberately avoiding mentioning the facts to paint a picture as "Ukraine is on the brink of full collapse" which is laughably untrue, even with the loss of Avdiivka. Kremlin's losses in Avdiivka ever since the October 2023 were 13:1, a verifiable information based on the evidences. Kremlin experiences terrible, if not complete, lack of rotation, as the mobilized have become the main fighting force and remain fighting there with no rotation or morale. The Ukrainian forces have built the robust defensive lines in Donetsk oblast which in no way will physically allow any "game-changing" breakthroughs after the loss of Avdiivka, especially at the pace that kremlin is advancing with unimaginably high losses. None of this was mentioned in any of his videos.

Z-telegram channels are screaming about the lack of rotation and meat wave attacks, lashing out at the "high command" of kremlin whenever they feel safe enough to do so without being cracked down upon by the repressive state machine. The "military wives" are consistently increasing their protest movement all over russia, being unable to bring their mobilized husbands back home for the sole reason being that the mobilized are the kremlin's main fighting force, without which the frontline eill face an imminent collapse. They see no rotation for months. If Ukraine's rotation is quote on quote "terrible" then kremlin's is literally non-existent. And at last, maybe if the United States weren't meddling with the aid supplies because of the pro-kremlin trumpists, Ukraine didn't have to minimize the usage of the artillery shells, resulting in what we see today, an inability to defend Avdiivka as efficiently as last year. The highest peak loses by the kremlin side came in October-December, before we observed the decrease in the counter-artillery fire by the Ukrainian forces and the resulting breakthroughs by the invaders.
      Mind please stating your sources on the quote on quote "Odesa riot" otherwise the talk is over, as I'll not be talking to a fool or a paid bot using ChatGPT as the info source. The only "protest" I know was people coming out onto Maidan square against the decision to replace Zaluzhnyy.

    The situation for Ukraine is going from bad to worse. I think they put all their eggs in the summer offensive basket. When that failed they changed their posture to a defensive one. Also, the Ukrainian troops are battle exhausted and many units haven’t been rotated for rest for nearly 2 years. That takes an enormous toll on your fighting capability. Russia, on the other hand, has the luxury of ample reserves and has swapped their frontline units with fresh ones. Ukraine cannot keep up this war where the numbers are, quite frankly, solely in Russia’s favor. Other countries have sent token soldiers to help bolster the Ukrainian Army. Sadly, tombstones will adorn their cemeteries quite soon.😮

    after avdiivka falls, I think a breakthrough will occur somewhere on the lyman-kupiansk axis. through most of last year, russia was continuously blowing up the bridges on the river behind that front, so there could be a reverse-kherson sort of thing happening there this year.

    • @muratbayraktar5035
      @muratbayraktar5035 3 місяці тому

      I think Russia may go for a full on assault on that front this summer rather than just keeping their reserves saved up for a Ukrainian attack. If the western intel is true and if Russia wants to open a new front, they may couple this assault with a new offensive towards Izium from the north. They dont have a chance at regaining everything they lost at the end of 2022 with the Kharkiv counteroffensive however they may clear the eastern portion of Oskil and take some towns in north eastern Kharkiv including Kupyansk. It all the depends on the Ukrainian will to mobilize. They dont have the sufficent troops to hold Bakhmut, Kremmina, Kupyansk, Avdiivka and maybe even Vugledar. If no new aid packages pass the war will come full circle.

    Bakhmut was strategically important. Russia only lost convicts and extremist POS, while Ukraine fed its best brigades first to its defense and then to its recapture. Both failed, caused the summer offensive to fail miserably. Ukraine was never going to reach the Azov Sea however they could have at least taken Tokmak if Azov and Aidar was down south helping the attack in full force. Syrsky and the clown Zelensky fell in the trap. Now there is no feasible way Ukraine can win back its territory. Avdiivka for the most part will probably either turn into a gruesome massacre of the UAF who may try to retreat. If they dont they will get surrounded and will probably surrender directly.

If they had amassed a huge number of troops there they may have even succeded entirely in the attack. But no Ukraine had to look like it wasnt loosing any territory anymore.
      "No 4D chess or anything." I agree for the first months. Initially the Russian side was just going to plow through it like the rest of Donbas. However Prigozhin came out of nowhere suddenly and became an icon of the war along with Wagner. Afterwards all eyes were on Bakhmut. It was pretty much thought by everyone that the Ukrainians were going to keep destroying Russian lines after the Russian defeat at Lyman and the retreat from Kherson by just beginning a new Kherson style attack towards Tokmak and so on. There werent any fortifications back then but they sent their troops to the meatgriner at Bakhmut. Plus Syrsky used up 3 offensive brigades to capture it. The best of Azov, Aidar and Kraken fought there and got fucked wtihout even taking a single building inside the town back. Seems like a really stupid decision to use up a third of your offensive NATO trained power to take an unimportant city that only caused Russians suffering.
      "They just decided to take a city no matter what" yes as far as I can understand the weird undifined Russian goals are to at the very least somehow capture the "annexed" regions so the town was eventually going to fall.
      "then invent propaganda to make it into a great victory." both sides did propaganda but the results and the chronology as Ive explained tells the story of how Russia managed to distract Ukraine twice. Once in winter 2022-23 and summer 2023. Also WTF dude its a great victory, both sides lost so many men and so many people that the city became a symbol and Russians were able to hold it back during the summer counteroffensive.
      So in short nothing you have said makes sense and you are the actual bot who is parroting the proUA telegram nonsense.

    Finally, a creator and a comment section which doesnt scream about how ukraine is going to steamroll russia and how russia ran out of ammo for the 7th time in the last three weeks.
    I am not pro-russia nor ukraine, i am just trying to be realistic, and i am glad people are becoming more informed about how this is not a guaranteed win for ukraine, and that russia is not going to magically collapse anytime soon.
    From what i have seen so far, ukraine has started losing somewhat. Its a slow process, but its there. As another commenter has pointed out, they are basically in crisis mode and putting anyone they can on the frontlines, while russia has plenty of reserve. Foreign support can only do so much if you dont have anyone to use/man them.

    • @CursedAnqxl
      @CursedAnqxl 3 місяці тому +1

      @@monroevian yeah, but the generals lincoln replaced were more or less really incompetent, far too cautious and sometimes screwed over by the people under them. ukraine and zelensky had one of the most competent people as general already, so pretty much anything else would be a downgrade in comparison.
