I was 26 years old when I first got saved and when I first fast in my life… I didn’t have a rulebook, I didn’t follow this law or that law… I just knew I wanted my parents to be saved and to know Jesus Christ also, so I wanted to fast for them… I did a complete fast just water… I did this for almost a week… And my parents were wondering why I wasn’t eating… Because at that time I still was living at home… Around the end of the fast… I was driving my car one day and I can’t explain it but I felt a cool breeze blowing on my face, it wasn’t a hot day… So I didn’t know where that cool breeze was coming from… The windows in my car were also not down… The air conditioner was not on… As I pondered Where The cool breeze was coming from I suddenly heard a small soft voice say the wind blows and you do not know where it goes or comes from… So it is with the Holy Spirit and with that my whole body lit up like a Christmas tree. I felt the presence of the Lord for the first time in my car as I was driving… I had to pull over I was crying… I heard a small voice literally was coming out of my heart saying I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, and I actually said “please stop my heart feels like it’s going to pop”… And then I heard a small soft voice say your parents are going to be saved… And with that the presence was gone. I believe I had this experience because well I guess the Lord knows I need it to be told that I was loved… I won’t go into that. But also I fasted And God honored that fast. 15 years later both my parents received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. I am now 64 years old, I have seen many things before my eyes that God has done… God bless
I would fast as a young mother. I wasn’t aware that was what I was doing , I just wanted to make sure my children had enough to eat, but as I listen and look back God always made sure we had enough! Thank you to God 🙏🏽🙏🏽
When I was in trouble for left my job last year, I took praying and fasting. Jesus gave me another job. Now,I take fasting continually two days every week. I feel more Jesus in my life.
Fasting is not good for you. It may help if you have poor health(to remove toxins/bad habbits). Eat more meat and study history to be close to god. God embraces the ones who will fight for a better world. He gives no power to a money chasing sheep.

Wow!!!! Today is actually my 2nd time of fasting, weird how this is in my recommendations. After watching this though I've been fasting wrong. I live with other family members and do get the grunts/sighs from them when I tell them I'm fasting. So my next fast will be solely between me and the ALL MIGHTY ONE. I'm so happy I watched this. @@AWretchedMan She's not telling them for attention. It's very hard to not tell those you live with, because they will notice you are eating differently. It's best if they know and leave it at that. My family knows when I'm going into a fast, and then we just go about our days.
I don't think you're supposed to tell anyone that you are fasting,But I get your point about it being family members.Sometimes some people just don't want you to succeed in things.

Am happy for this, one year ago I lost my job, I fasted for three days and went to the mountain and prayed for a job; 11 months later I got the job, today I have completed my 3 days fast to thank God
@@applesnicolle5144 sometimes it takes time, God knows when to answer prayers, He is never late. Three days dry fasting, no food, no water and no any other pleasure but just seeking the face of the Lord. I remember telling God to remember in 2021 with a job and He did.
There are children in certain parts of the world who have absolutely nothing to eat and are "fasting" because they have to. They have no other option. Is your stupid god making fun of these people? Are they closer to god because of that? Many of them die of hunger in terrible pains. Stupid brainwashed religious people.
To help others, some advice; Please stop taking coffee and sugars prior to attempting to fast. The withdrawal symptoms could hamper or prevent you to complete your fast. I have experienced this. After eating clean and drastically decreasing my sugar intake, fasting became doable. Before I used to eat everything I can including lots of sugary foods/drinks. I used to get headaches. It would make me hate fasting. After cleaning my eating habits, it has helped me to enjoy fasting more. Don’t get me wrong I love to eat, once in a while I used to indulge in sugary foods but that was it because I knew once I started fasting I would have to pay the price with headaches 🤕🥲and didn’t want to go through that again.
Fasting is such a good and beneficial part of our Christian walk. I have recently started back to fasting weekly and I'm so glad I did...I want to encourage anyone who's never tried it,don't be intimidated or discouraged, you can do it. I felt our father when I did my fast. Stayed away from everything, no Internet, tv, etc. I drank water but ate 1 meal a day. My meal was only raw fruits, veggies and a piece of chicken breast. I don’t know how to fast but I did it this way. Total isolation and disconnect from this world. I felt so light and weightless. It was otherworldly. I did the fast because I had these dreams prior telling me what was happening with the world and the transition it was going to take but I was going to be ok. I see the evil in everything. It’s literally EVERYWHERE. Hidden in plain sight. This world of flesh and blood, is ran by the devil. Even religion. I know our father let me do what I wanted to do when I was on the other side of the team because it gave me the wisdom I needed to see all the satanic symbolism and frequencies used to manipulate most people into sinning. I ended up having a relationship right after my fast and strengthened my connection to our father. That relationship was literally a demon inhabiting the man I was with. He is a covert narcissist. I saw his face transform a few times And my sisters cat felt the evil in him. It terrified me. The devil sent him to deter me and he succeeded… I even felt our father warning me about this man. The strongest feeling felt like a hard push in my chest and stomach lol. I can’t really explain it but I know it felt like someone trying to push me away from him the final time he harmed and humiliated me. I needed the narcissist though because he was a valuable lesson. My gut instinct was never wrong because that was our father trying to reach me numerous times. Now I follow it. Stay strong guys and forgive yourself. Forgive and stay away from the devils pawns.

It took time to heal but right after that evil person was forced to leave my life the lord delivered me out of 20+years of drug addictions and the holy spirit was giving to me then I found a church then got baptized and now I have more faith, love,patience, I'm slow to anger, ect.. the lord gave me these things he changed me from the inside out and my whole life changed, ill never go back to the old me, the lord has me where he wants me and now I try to serve the lord every day and my walk with him is so close its undeniable!! I was homeless for 3 years n it humbled me n brought me closer to God because in a state of constant worry n suffering God's blessings shower upon you making one feel safe and not alone. Like in the bible stating we are to find comfort in the lord's grasp. The 3 meals a day I believe severs humans ability to feel suffering which brings ones relationship with god n strengthen it. It also made me appreciate America that much more because at the poorest in America your still more rich than a whole working mid class family in other parts of the world. All one needs to do is ask and have faith but ultimately give God the glory he deserves. But when I noticed one only needs God to move forward, everyone is too distracted chasing things that don't help one survive.... Thank God for this video... I have been out of fasting for years... My original first fast was for three days and three night without food and water. I was lead by the spirit the next day after my water baptism by immersion... I had strength from Heaven to serve the Lord. Tho my relationship with God is poor now but with this video, I am ignited to start fasting again... 🤟

I did a fast for one day and a couple hours..let me tell you, I was so irritated and mad because I was craving junk food and I even got mad at God for creating fasting I was mad like what is the point in this.. also during that day of fasting I was gonna break the fast but I felt this evil presence so I just stopped I felt the holy spirit leading me to continue fasting..the longer I fasted the angrier I got and I started to not care what God had to say I just wanted to eat..this pretty much revealed my true feelings for God I only worshiped him when things were going great or when I needed him for something..I had to gain the discipline to be in obedience to God and to worship him even without his blessings. Even tho it was just one day I learned a good lesson from it. Edit: and I still struggle with fasting..if you are struggling with fasting don’t beat yourself Up over it.
I fast every Sabbath for 25 hours. I read the Bible y pray . The benefits are emense when you pray. I can read in 4 languages now, a marathon runner, y more y more. Yes, fasting conquers many a problem y brings on miracles too. Only a baby whines for 25 hours without food.

Already 3 days fasting for God guidence, but surprise till this minutes not feel so hungry and weak, maybe it's because my problems that i'm fasting for is so big to me 😅 also my advice for anyone who fasting, if you can, minimize your talks, by it you can minimize an unexpected arguments or gossiping which definitely would decrease your joys and spiritual clean mind that so important for fasting
Prolonged fasting (3+ days) gets you rid of parasites which influence your mind, thus negative thoughts, emotions and behaviours get cleansed. It resets the immune system in the body and brings you into a more calm, happy state. If anyone ever practiced meditation enough, you'd know how many negative thoughts just come into your head out of nowhere, which you know precisely that those didn't come from you. And if you eat a bad diet or too much food and then meditate/pray, you have entire influx of random thoughts bombarding you which you can barely control. But when you fast, your meditatiive mind is almost perfectly clear with a few random thoughts here and there. These are spiritual attachments, gut bacteria, call those demons/satan or whatever and so on trying to acess your mind. They can even mimick your own voice to make you think you think a certain thought which you didn't, especially when they come in dreams. You're doing it for yourself in the first place, not to receive things from god or whatever. These parasites are what severing your connection to god in the first place.
Yes yes yes! Your info is too spirit-oriented for some and they'll reject it. But I did learn about gut bacteria influencing our food cravings. You can accumulate too much candida and such and this will Absolutely play with your mind -- they have a life and they want to keep it, just like all of us. Consequently, I'd get really, really bad chocolate ice cream cravings and I'd literally have to stop what I was doing, head down to the junk food store and buy a gallon. It took a while to fix my system. Not sure i am completely free of sugar and the wrong gut bacteria, rt .. ? ... but i surely do not have to stop everything and buy sweets anymore.
@@TheOneanjel yeah, didn't pay attention writting that. 3 days is when immune system begins to restore itself and enter autophagy where it cleanses of old broken cells, but it's not enough really for any remarkable results unless you do it once a month at least or every 2 weeks. I would probably combine it with oil and herb cleansing, following with a fast and strict veggie/fruit diet later.
@@AshLyrael yes. ideally humans fast 3 days to halt cravings, then get on raw vegan diet. from there longer fasts are much easier. so true the bad diet causes addiction and poor thinking. It's literally a parasite that tells you to feed it.
Years ago I used to fast.. when in college V8, grapefruit juice... 2 small cans of each and plenty of water. It made me feel great. Just 1 day a week. for a few years I have been doing a different fast on Wed and Fri. No meat, wine, or chocolate. I have actually lost my desire for these things most of the time. So I’m going to do the bread and water + 1 small meal in evening. More prayer!! Lots more prayer!! Blessing to all who are doing a fast. It does give clarity!!
I fasted for 2 weeks. Just drank water every time I felt hungry. Hunger subside and I felt energised and super healthy. Even the water changed and became very sweet. It takes great self control and I felt I’d achieved something wonderful.
This is the one of the best moments i have ever had in this journey of life...I pray that God may continue giving me the grace, strength and an addition of more faith..

Paul called them babes (babies); That word was accurate in Paul's assessment, and it's also accurate in mine. Also, there are people who have been a Christian for DECADES and yet they're still baby Christians (because they haven't grown at all), so it's not a term reserved only for the newly saved; It also refers to the un-renewed mind. Besides, I'm not at all into political correctness nor the rational of "this day and age", and on top of that, many of the ones I've known are not merely new, they're truly babies and downright baby-ish in every way, so I will refer to them as such. I do find it amusing that, just like literal physical babies, occasionally, baby Christians also dislike being seen as babies. And just like with physical babies, this handful of people sometimes have a tendency to internally protest saying, "I'm not a baby, I'm a big boy"... which, ironically, is something that only babies say. But I think they should embrace it... it's a sweet and beautiful time. I have a friend who loves referring to herself as a baby Christian, and she's enjoying being a babe in the arms of the Father; That's how she sees it. She intends to enjoy babyhood while it lasts, and then she'll enjoy the next phase as well. It's all a matter of perspective✨

I’m a new mother (single mother by choice) life has been doing a number on me or more of I’ve created a storm and I’m not sure on how to navigate it. I’ve been stepping away from the world No social media, setting aside relationships that aren’t healthy & seeking more silence from the world to hear what’s going on inside. Fasting has been on my mind a lot and I believe confirmation comes from other people, things basically signs. I used to make a point to do this in my life. Sometimes spiritual, sometimes less than. I found this to be so incredibly beneficial. The clarity that you receive is beyond ANY high you'll ever achieve, by any other course. Your body purges itself of any toxins. I can see why it is recommended to cleanse your face, as it purges toxins so heavily.

Fasting must have a system. You can fast using different methods. You can choose your number of days. Eg, you can choose a fast which only consists of vegetables or water or tea without milk and sugar. Cut out sugar in every way. In the bible gives you an idea of the fasts you can do.

I never know about this guide; but I had issues so I began to fast every day and break it at evening time until I see 👀 results. I ate absolutely nothing drink absolutely nothing, I was determined to see results so I did it how I saw my parent and family did it.

Jesus fasted for 40 days straight and prayed. The Fasters say the third day is when all your cravings come calling and it takes prayer and more water to get past it. Then it gets easier. First time faster should do three day fasts until your body loosens toxins slowly or you get to feeling bad and no energy. I was 10 when I started fasting. I would save my lunch money to pay for my soccer school registration. I still fast till this day, but for other reasons like, people that are hurting around the world, my family (dad fighting cancer), spiritual and health reasons.
I was 26 years old when I first got saved and when I first fast in my life… I didn’t have a rulebook, I didn’t follow this law or that law… I just knew I wanted my parents to be saved and to know Jesus Christ also, so I wanted to fast for them… I did a complete fast just water… I did this for almost a week… And my parents were wondering why I wasn’t eating… Because at that time I still was living at home… Around the end of the fast… I was driving my car one day and I can’t explain it but I felt a cool breeze blowing on my face, it wasn’t a hot day… So I didn’t know where that cool breeze was coming from… The windows in my car were also not down… The air conditioner was not on… As I pondered Where The cool breeze was coming from I suddenly heard a small soft voice say the wind blows and you do not know where it goes or comes from… So it is with the Holy Spirit and with that my whole body lit up like a Christmas tree. I felt the presence of the Lord for the first time in my car as I was driving… I had to pull over I was crying… I heard a small voice literally was coming out of my heart saying I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, and I actually said “please stop my heart feels like it’s going to pop”… And then I heard a small soft voice say your parents are going to be saved… And with that the presence was gone. I believe I had this experience because well I guess the Lord knows I need it to be told that I was loved… I won’t go into that. But also I fasted And God honored that fast. 15 years later both my parents received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. I am now 64 years old, I have seen many things before my eyes that God has done… God bless

When I was in trouble for left my job last year, I took praying and fasting. Jesus gave me another job. Now,I take fasting continually two days every week. I feel more Jesus in my life.
Fasting is not good for you. It may help if you have poor health(to remove toxins/bad habbits). Eat more meat and study history to be close to god. God embraces the ones who will fight for a better world. He gives no power to a money chasing sheep.

Wow!!!! Today is actually my 2nd time of fasting, weird how this is in my recommendations. After watching this though I've been fasting wrong. I live with other family members and do get the grunts/sighs from them when I tell them I'm fasting. So my next fast will be solely between me and the ALL MIGHTY ONE. I'm so happy I watched this. There are children in certain parts of the world who have absolutely nothing to eat and are "fasting" because they have to. They have no other option. Is your stupid god making fun of these people? The withdrawal symptoms could hamper or prevent you to complete your fast.
Withdrawal symptoms of especially coffee includes headaches, nauseaness, and moods... thus be clean for about a week before...

I have experienced this. After eating clean and drastically decreasing my sugar intake, fasting became doable. Before I used to eat everything I can including lots of sugary foods/drinks. I used to get headaches. It would make me hate fasting. After cleaning my eating habits, it has helped me to enjoy fasting more. Don’t get me wrong I love to eat, once in a while I used to indulge in sugary foods but that was it because I knew once I started fasting I would have to pay the price with headaches 🤕🥲and didn’t want to go through that again.

I felt our father when I did my fast. Stayed away from everything, no Internet, tv, etc. I drank water but ate 1 meal a day. My meal was only raw fruits, veggies and a piece of chicken breast. I don’t know how to fast but I did it this way. Total isolation and disconnect from this world. I felt so light and weightless. It was otherworldly. I did the fast because I had these dreams prior telling me what was happening with the world and the transition it was going to take but I was going to be ok. I see the evil in everything. It’s literally EVERYWHERE. Hidden in plain sight. This world of flesh and blood, is ran by the devil. Even religion. I know our father let me do what I wanted to do when I was on the other side of the team because it gave me the wisdom I needed to see all the satanic symbolism and frequencies used to manipulate most people into sinning. I ended up having a relationship right after my fast and strengthened my connection to our father. That relationship was literally a demon inhabiting the man I was with. He is a covert narcissist. I saw his face transform a few times And my sisters cat felt the evil in him. It terrified me. The devil sent him to deter me and he succeeded… I even felt our father warning me about this man. The strongest feeling felt like a hard push in my chest and stomach lol. I can’t really explain it but I know it felt like someone trying to push me away from him the final time he harmed and humiliated me. I needed the narcissist though because he was a valuable lesson. My gut instinct was never wrong because that was our father trying to reach me numerous times. Now I follow it.

I was homeless for 3 years n it humbled me n brought me closer to God because in a state of constant worry n suffering God's blessings shower upon you making one feel safe and not alone. Like in the bible stating we are to find comfort in the lord's grasp. The 3 meals a day I believe severs humans ability to feel suffering which brings ones relationship with god n strengthen it. It also made me appreciate America that much more because at the poorest in America your still more rich than a whole working mid class family in other parts of the world. Thank God for this video... I have been out of fasting for years... My original first fast was for three days and three night without food and water. I was lead by the spirit the next day after my water baptism by immersion... I had strength from Heaven to serve the Lord. This video really showed me the importance of fasting, i came into fasting not knowing why I wanted to fast after seeing this video on my timeline on UA-cam now I know why i want to fast in which I do it for my soul and for my relationship with the lord thank you so much for helping me I really love this video and I'm going to embark on an unknown journey as a 16year old Amen to the Lord love all the comments I read they were so helpful
I did a fast for one day and a couple hours..let me tell you, I was so irritated and mad because I was craving junk food and I even got mad at God for creating fasting I was mad like what is the point in this.. also during that day of fasting I was gonna break the fast but I felt this evil presence so I just stopped I felt the holy spirit leading me to continue fasting..the longer I fasted the angrier I got and I started to not care what God had to say I just wanted to eat..this pretty much revealed my true feelings for God I only worshiped him when things were going great or when I needed him for something..I had to gain the discipline to be in obedience to God and to worship him even without his blessings. Even tho it was just one day I learned a good lesson from it.
Edit: and I still struggle with fasting..if you are struggling with fasting don’t beat yourself

I fast every Sabbath for 25 hours. I read the Bible y pray . The benefits are emense when you pray. I can read in 4 languages now, a marathon runner, y more y more. Yes, fasting conquers many a problem y brings on miracles too. Only a baby whines for 25 hours without food.

Already 3 days fasting for God guidence, but surprise till this minutes not feel so hungry and weak, maybe it's because my problems that i'm fasting for is so big to me 😅 also my advice for anyone who fasting, if you can, minimize your talks, by it you can minimize an unexpected arguments or gossiping which definitely would decrease your joys and spiritual clean mind that so important for fasting
Prolonged fasting (3+ days) gets you rid of parasites which influence your mind, thus negative thoughts, emotions and behaviours get cleansed. It resets the immune system in the body and brings you into a more calm, happy state. If anyone ever practiced meditation enough, you'd know how many negative thoughts just come into your head out of nowhere, which you know precisely that those didn't come from you. And if you eat a bad diet or too much food and then meditate/pray, you have entire influx of random thoughts bombarding you which you can barely control. But when you fast, your meditatiive mind is almost perfectly clear with a few random thoughts here and there.
These are spiritual attachments, gut bacteria, call those demons/satan or whatever and so on trying to acess your mind. They can even mimick your own voice to make you think you think a certain thought which you didn't, especially when they come in dreams. You're doing it for yourself in the first place, not to receive things from god or whatever. These parasites are what severing your connection to god in the first place.
Yes yes yes! Your info is too spirit-oriented for some and they'll reject it. But I did learn about gut bacteria influencing our food cravings. You can accumulate too much candida and such and this will Absolutely play with your mind -- they have a life and they want to keep it, just like all of us. Consequently, I'd get really, really bad chocolate ice cream cravings and I'd literally have to stop what I was doing, head down to the junk food store and buy a gallon. It took a while to fix my system. Not sure i am completely free of sugar and the wrong gut bacteria, rt .. ? ... but i surely do not have to stop everything and buy sweets anymore.
3 days is just a begining. you did need to fast to cleansefrom bacteria, pests and addictions but it's a process. 3 days, then 7, then 21.
@@TheOneanjel yeah, didn't pay attention writting that. 3 days is when immune system begins to restore itself and enter autophagy where it cleanses of old broken cells, but it's not enough really for any remarkable results unless you do it once a month at least or every 2 weeks. I would probably combine it with oil and herb cleansing, following with a fast and strict veggie/fruit diet later.

Years ago I used to fast.. when in college V8, grapefruit juice... 2 small cans of each and plenty of water. It made me feel great. Just 1 day a week. for a few years I have been doing a different fast on Wed and Fri. No meat, wine, or chocolate. I have actually lost my desire for these things most of the time. So I’m going to do the bread and water + 1 small meal in evening. More prayer!! Lots more prayer!! Blessing to all who are doing a fast. It does give clarity!!

I fasted for 2 weeks. Just drank water every time I felt hungry. Hunger subside and I felt energised and super healthy. Even the water changed and became very sweet. It takes great self control and I felt I’d achieved something wonderful.
This is the one of the best moments i have ever had in this journey of life...I pray that God may continue giving me the grace, strength and an addition of more faith..
I'm so glad you're revisiting this topic. I'm in a relationship with a baby Christian who doesn't understand fasting and questions why I'd want "to starve" myself (via intermittent fasting). Playing this video will help him understand.

Paul called them babes (babies); That word was accurate in Paul's assessment, and it's also accurate in mine. Also, there are people who have been a Christian for DECADES and yet they're still baby Christians (because they haven't grown at all), so it's not a term reserved only for the newly saved; It also refers to the un-renewed mind. Besides, I'm not at all into political correctness nor the rational of "this day and age", and on top of that, many of the ones I've known are not merely new, they're truly babies and downright baby-ish in every way, so I will refer to them as such. I do find it amusing that, just like literal physical babies, occasionally, baby Christians also dislike being seen as babies. And just like with physical babies, this handful of people sometimes have a tendency to internally protest saying, "I'm not a baby, I'm a big boy"... which, ironically, is something that only babies say. But I think they should embrace it... it's a sweet and beautiful time. I have a friend who loves referring to herself as a baby Christian, and she's enjoying being a babe in the arms of the Father; That's how she sees it. She intends to enjoy babyhood while it lasts, and then she'll enjoy the next phase as well. It's all a matter of perspective✨

I’m a new mother (single mother by choice) life has been doing a number on me or more of I’ve created a storm and I’m not sure on how to navigate it. I’ve been stepping away from the world No social media, setting aside relationships that aren’t healthy & seeking more silence from the world to hear what’s going on inside. Fasting has been on my mind a lot and I believe confirmation comes from other people, things basically signs. I was on medication till July 2022', i stopped taking my medication by Faith in Christ. Thanks for this encouragement. I've been feeling like a failure because I kept missing the mark with my absolute fast. The warfare has been especially pressing on this round of corporate consecration. So I know this fast is necessary, these curses have to be broken!

I used to make a point to do this in my life. Sometimes spiritual, sometimes less than. I found this to be so incredibly beneficial. The clarity that you receive is beyond ANY high you'll ever achieve, by any other course. Your body purges itself of any toxins. I can see why it is recommended to cleanse your face, as it purges toxins so heavily.

Fasting must have a system. You can fast using different methods. You can choose your number of days. Eg, you can choose a fast which only consists of vegetables or water or tea without milk and sugar. Cut out sugar in every way. In the bible gives you an idea of the fasts you can do.

I never know about this guide; but I had issues so I began to fast every day and break it at evening time until I see 👀 results. I ate absolutely nothing drink absolutely nothing, I was determined to see results so I did it how I saw my parent and family did it.

The way the Tabernacle looks like a human cell is amazing. It's a stark proof of the connection Moses had with God, as well as showing an analogue for Jesus, and ritually connecting that to the replication of a single cell, giving life to the world. As above, so below.

Jesus fasted for 40 days straight and prayed. The Fasters say the third day is when all your cravings come calling and it takes prayer and more water to get past it. Then it gets easier. First time faster should do three day fasts until your body loosens toxins slowly or you get to feeling bad and no energy. Fasting does more than cleaning your body of poison but it imparts the clearest mind and most well being you ever thought possible. And you really do feel closer to God, our creator.
When life tests me frequently i take the war in the arena of Fasting & comeback victories always.

I was 10 when I started fasting. I would save my lunch money to pay for my soccer school registration. I still fast till this day, but for other reasons like, people that are hurting around the world, my family (dad fighting cancer), spiritual and health reasons.
