I lived in a 330 sqft apartment with two kids for three years after my divorce. I realized I can live anywhere. That whole situation was a blessing in disguise.
Love it, but I'd tweak the floorplan so the bedroom was on the main level and no loft, or maybe a pulldown attic storage area. I'd break my neck going up and down to pee during the night. 😂😂😂
Just make the room with the twin beds the main bedroom, and keep the loft for storage space! Much easier to access and bring things up and down with the stairs, and if you ever have company can always have a air mattress that can go up there for them!
Or… how about a Murphy bed that comes out of the wall when needed - in the closet. if you have a guest, you can give them your bed upstairs and sleep there. Just to have it if needed … THAT would be great!
My main issues with tiny homes are treating crawl spaces like bedrooms and all the custom sized appliances that are used. With bedrooms, if you can't stand up in it, then its a crawlspace. That fridge, the stove top are going to be ridiculously expensive to update someday as they will have to be custom jobs.
Perfectly outfitted, the best one i've ever seen. I'd love living in that. I love it because each area is designated and kind of separated, even though it is still open plan. In the main i would say we prefer rooms as opposed to open plan in Scotland 🏴 But for one person i could live with that because of the person who designed the interior. Fabulous ❤😊
Absolutely! I love it! I've been wanting to downsize, but I just have nowhere to put a tiny house that doesn't mean renting the land or living out in the middle of nowhere on my own land. There should be developers who sell you the land and the home, like they do with traditional homes. Those tiny home "communities" (aka RV parks) are ripping people off big time with their ever-increasing leases! I'm not the only one. There's a need - please fill it, developers!
The main thing that bugs me personally about pre-made tiny houses - aside from the inflated prices, of course - is that they all seem to be kitchens on wheels. The "living room" always seems to be a lone chair crammed into a corner, and half the tours include the words "well we love to cook, so..." Alright, but I also like to be able to sit down without my knees in my ears. I could absolutely live in a space this small, but this much of it being taken up by the kitchen just seems wasteful to me. Storage stairs and a cupboard instead of bunk beds would also make a lot more sense to me.
Why is no one mentioning the front door??? I agree with this kitchen on wheels sentiment, but the even bigger problem with this tiny home is that the. Front. Door. Opens. Inward!!!!!!! What are they thinking?!?!? It’s a TINY home! It really makes it seem like the designers of these prefab tiny homes have never even stepped inside one let alone tried to spend any time in one.
Id really like a dishwasher & glass stove top & oven electric?solar panels on roof,a fold out deck on back of house,a box on front above trailer hitch for tools etc.lockable.Microwave w/convection oven.2 twin mattresses on top.built in kitchen cove with padded bench seats/ storage underneath, table removable & could be made into bed ,need floor heating/air conditioner, need tv area/computer area desk,36” sq space around toilet, that may make the sink cabinet smaller or just a standing sink.above window (move air conditioner)replace it with biggest flat tv that would fit over window.under window you could put a wood burning stove that vented out under window-have couch backed up to kitchen cabinets & fold out tables for 4-it really should be the same ceiling in whole house.need better clothes storage drawers bottom, rod for clothes on top shelf above that.hooks by front door/coats etc.& place for shoes.welcome rug /front door.window treatments like cotton semi light blinds.cream/white.😊stairs collapsed against the wall when not in use.storage under there-the shelf area upstairs should be drawers.
Absolutely. We have a camper that is far smaller we live in for months at a time. I tell my husband it has made me realize we could live in far smaller space than we have in our home.
Yes, I could live in it, on my bucket list would be a bath tub and no moisture problems. I am old so maybe the living room could be my bedroom. No lofts please.
This one is one of my favourites so far, I like that it's completely customisable once you move in, like painting the walls. I would love to see one that could fit 2 adults and 5 kids. Have you viewed anything that would suit? 😊
Yes, I could definitely live in this Tiny House! The exposed Beams add so much character. I Love it and wish it was My Tiny House. Thank You for sharing!
One big thing to consider in these tiny homes is moisture. Running the shower, breathing, and cooking creates a lot of moisture. If the house isn't properly ventilated, mold can start growing on the walls pretty quickly. I wouldn't want to live there forever either so, depending on where the house is, and if there's anyone else willing to buy it is another thing.
As an introvert, and home body with social anxiety. I want one. I don't sleep in my king size bed because it leaves too much space for me since i am single now. My couch hates me!😊
I remember thinking when these first got on UA-cam and became popular, certain people, companies, realtors etc., will have the prices jacked up high as hell before long. And sure enough, the people that tiny homes were meant for, can't even afford the front porch of one.
Hell yeah I could. If I were to live on the road, the only thing I need is a comfortable place to sleep and a toilet available at all times. Everyone else is just a bonus. I definitely couldn't afford it though, lmao
My hubby and I want to do that but I have mobility issues and couldn’t do the stairs. So he’s thinking he could possibly use the loft as a miniature office, but we’d still need to find a spot for a bedroom that can accommodate a queen or king bed on main floor.
I could easily live there since my tiny home is only 384 sq ft but I don't like the bathroom at the very end...guests would have to go through my sleeping space to get to it. Also, I would remove the bunk beds and create a big storage closet in that space.
Hand it over that more than enough room for me I would love it. If my daughter and her family hadn’t taken me in I would be homeless. But there is not enough space for all of us ❤❤❤
Because of severe osteoporosis in my knees, I can no longer walk up steps. Therefore, this tiny house would present incredible problems for me in terms of moving around. The only way I would be able to live here is when I have knee replacement surgery, which hopefully happens this year For both knees.
Like the tiny homes. I’d lose some of that kitchen for more “living room” space. You don’t need that big of a kitchen. I cook a lot and would rather have the “LR” space. 🤗
Most people under 40 could live in it. It's great! Someone should build some for seniors because they can't afford double rent and need one floor homes. Just a thought. Not all seniors are wealthy. Most are not. Thank you.
Meh, I don't need the additional six feet, I'm happy in my 24' tiny house! The stairs have no storage, you only have a single loft... I'll stick with what I've got! 🤠
Could you do it?
Of course easily 😊
How much for something like that
I mean I used to something similar
Yes! Love it, esp. the bunk beds, full washer & dryer !! Price??
Yes to everyone of them but its missing one detail 😕 a bathtub 🛁 some want to relax or have kids with them to give them baths
I lived in a 330 sqft apartment with two kids for three years after my divorce. I realized I can live anywhere. That whole situation was a blessing in disguise.
wow 330 square feet thats like 330 feet why you like feet
I have lived in a bedroom and bathroom for 2 years after mine...that house looks amazing👌
Same x
That's very big tho
@@flinod5958sq ft is dif than feet search up 300sq foot apartments they’re quite tiny
My issue is the loft. Those 2 bunkbeds would be ripped out in favor of a door and regular bed.
Yes I could live a tiny home.!!!
And the loft turned into storage
Right? Put the twins upstairs
Thought the same.
that or an office
Love it, but I'd tweak the floorplan so the bedroom was on the main level and no loft, or maybe a pulldown attic storage area. I'd break my neck going up and down to pee during the night. 😂😂😂

I can’t do the loft
Wish there was enough room to stand in the main bedroom. But other than that, love the features! Plus sleeping area for guests is a nice touch.
I'd love to have this Yes most definitely can live in it and want to.
That's so funny 😅I know right .. But yes true
Instead of the 2 bunk beds, put in a large closet, and I love it!
oh yessssss. beautiful ❤❤
I was thinking the same!!
Or… how about a Murphy bed that comes out of the wall when needed - in the closet. if you have a guest, you can give them your bed upstairs and sleep there. Just to have it if needed … THAT would be great!
Same then it would be perfect as a study
Yes! I can live in that tiny home. When do I move in?
Tomorrow and it'll cost you $220,000 upfront.
@@user-gz4ve8mw9l Can u spot me the 220?

If I was younger, yes. I like to stand up when I make my bed.
🤣facts
you can opt for single level tiny house or gooseneck tiny house. You’ll be able to stand up in the bedroom in both styles and very practical
This is exactly what my husband and I want. It’s seems perfect for a couple and their little dog.❤

Besides not being able to afford it, the lack of roof height on the second floor would kill me.
there's no bed there, and hes almost touching the ceiling. it might fit some king blankets but it wont fit a king mattress
Exactly what I was gonna say
Head bonker.
Yes, I could and I would feel truly blessed to have a home so nice. Very well thought out to include everything a person would need. Beautiful!!!
Yes! Simple but classy, everything you need is there. Would love to if I can afford it
It would be a blessing to have home like this beautiful
Yes! This is beautiful!
Yes i could live in this home

I'm introvert 😌 I would love ❤ to live in this wow beautiful
Yes! I'd have it smaller. I'd have it one level only, whitewash the walls. No stove needed. I'd buy a 2-burner top, washer/dryer combo.
Yes, I could live in it, on my bucket list would be a bath tub and no moisture problems. I am old so maybe the living room could be my bedroom. No lofts please.

Yes! I'd probably sleep in the bunk bed room and use the loft in a different way--maybe a library/craft space
This one, no problem. I love the layout.
Yes, I could definitely live in this Tiny House! The exposed Beams add so much character. I Love it and wish it was My Tiny House. Thank You for sharing!
Absolutely! It's what my goal is to do. And be off grid full time permanently

Really like this well designed tiny home.
You thought of everything

The bunk room space for "guests" would be much better used as a hanging closet and clothes storage.
Such wasted space under those stairs! I absolutely love how they build that in n use it for storage in most other tiny homes. 😊
Yes I could. Looks very cozy
Great for just the 2 of us! Just need a lot more closer/storage space though.
Someone ought to do this with apartment space too !! Cutting the rent in half or more!
Definitely yes! it is a nice home.
Hell yeah I could. If I were to live on the road, the only thing I need is a comfortable place to sleep and a toilet available at all times. Everyone else is just a bonus. I definitely couldn't afford it though, lmao
If the loft was taller so you could stand upright, yes
My hubby and I want to do that but I have mobility issues and couldn’t do the stairs. So he’s thinking he could possibly use the loft as a miniature office, but we’d still need to find a spot for a bedroom that can accommodate a queen or king bed on main floor.
Yeah, I could especially with the bathroom privacy.
😊 oh yes I could live there, I need a tiny home 🏡. It is just right for me it is beautiful 😊
I live in a trailer on a few acres. Its kinda like a big shed. I love it.
Absolutely. Bottom customized to float
I’d definitely live in one of these beautiful tiny homes 👌♥️
The loft would give me claustrophobic panic attacks during the night.

I'd love to live in a Tiny House like this one!
I'd put in some gaming space where the bunk beds are and have a sofa bed for guests myself
I live in a 28ft motor home now so yeah, I love it
Everything I could ask for. Yes this old man could live in that home.
I’d rip out the bunk beds and make the bathroom a different way with a bathtub. Other than that, it’s perfect.
❤ I love it. Sure I could live in it. 😊
Yes! I lived in much smaller in nyc for 4yrs!
I keep being asked if I can when I see these shorts. My answer is DEFINITELY yes I can. Lol
I sure can. I love it.
I KNOW I could live very well in that tiny home!!
Absolutely and I hope one day soon I’ll have one of my own
All I need is me and my dog. I would love this home
Yes 👏🏻but large bedroom down stairs please
Yes. How much? My kids have graduated and I’m ready to hit the road!
As someone who is single and an introvert, yes I can definitely live here❤
EASILY 😊👌With Solar Cells on the roof & an Electric Stove. 👍
Personally i would use the living room area as place with table & chairs i spend 99% of my time in kitchen area.
I would take out the bunks and put a closet system in.
How does utilities work in a tiny home? How does the sewage system work, and the electricity, water and gas?
Yes, I could live in that home❤
I'd like more built-in storage & collapsible tables
Enough room for a king bed and to hit your head every time you move 😂😂😂

Oh my Lanta! Yes, yes I could 🥰
This a nice floor plan pretty colors
Beautiful!!! But I will need more space 🎉
❤ I could live in it if the price was right!!!
I could not live in that home without a dishwasher, shopping for food every 3-4 days and building an additional room for my dogs.
It’s much less expensive than buying a house. But it’s also less expensive to build myself a plywood tiny home

Meh, I don't need the additional six feet, I'm happy in my 24' tiny house! The stairs have no storage, you only have a single loft... I'll stick with what I've got! 🤠
Absolutely!!! I could live in this beautiful home!! Do you deliver?
I already do. Mine is 24 feet long. Never been so well off.😁
Yes I could I currently live in a 110 ft studio apartment.
Love it! Houses in Hawaii are so expensive
Window in the bathroom is next level
I absolutely could live in there
I would move bathroom where bunk bed area is and put twin or full to make downstairs bedroom ( if poss)
It's nice but where do you put your stuff? My hobbies alone would take up at least half of the space.
Amazing
It’s really nice, and I could live there by myself
Heck yes I would live in that
I love this. I could live in this
Absolutely love it
