You should try Jogja KRL and go to Prambanan Temple, there is currently KAWS: HOLIDAY until 31 August on the field of Prambanan Temple. You can take the KRL and get off at brambanan station. Nice vlog ❤

If you're still there, you'll have to visit Goa Jomblang and also do some cave tubing in the underground river. I was there many years ago when I visited borobudur, super cool!
It's not just foreigners but the locals also got asked a lot, I even literally stay and live in Jogja but I got the same treatment, they don't discriminate you... lol...

I’m indonesian who live fairly close to jogja, yet I’m still surprised the pizza place is cutting the pizza with some kind of a mezzaluna knife. Really interesting. Never been there before.
Kalo ke malioboro cobain aja kak, sangat recomended sekali, bahkan menurut gw yg udah pernah cobain lebih enak dan terasa otentik italian pizza ketimbang yg ada di pizza hut
there’s a lot of cafe, bar, restaurant and cute places. i recomend you to go to opera, por aqui, belle cafe, tempo gelato, via via, till drop, sekoci coffee bar, easy peasy, oasis (they sell accessories). if u visit this place at night around 7pm - midnight some places have live music.

that green bean is not what you think it is. LOL.. in US we call it mung bean, so it's not that stringy green bean we ate with steak sometimes. haha.. look for bubur "kacang hijau" while you are at it. it's a warm dessert consisted of, mung bean porridge, black sticky rice, coconut milk, and palm sugar. it's a delight, especially during rainy season.
