Christmas tree oh Christmas tree how lovely are your flash patterns
Somebody went crazy with the lights‼️
Yeah, way too many.
It looks so pretty
night shot of the lights would have been nice
offers a lot of warning which is good
That’s a nice looking setup, ive noticed on the new Police Tahoes around here, they dont have the chrome center caps anymore on the wheels, like they used to
Most come with a black center cap. My department recently got 4 2018 Tahoe's and they also have black center caps. This one for some reason has unpainted ones
Nice setup!!!
Love the Whelen Epsilon
Finally, for once, a full size infotainment system!!
Take a drink every time he says "Whelen"
That game is more fun when you work with him all day!
I think the amount of lights look good.
love it
This department has money evidence how many lights
Can you do a video on federal signal's new allegiant light bar
Am I the only one who caught the ghostbusters siren 😂
they spent all the money on the whelen equipment then added a feniex siren as the second siren.
rckid2001 actually sounds like the only siren is the feniex storm pro 200 watt the the feniex howler
Ions on the bottom of the rear hatch is useless from a distance. I have tried both T Ions and Ion Duos ended up with just mounting them on the upper trim on the inside facing the rear.
And that graphics pattern is like Egyptian flag
why did the department or you guys decide to go with a feniex siren as the secondary?
Why not use the nav area for the computer
911 rapid response do you guys sell any federal signal valor (Amber) light bars?
Awesome! I saw at 6:26 that the back window lightbar was still on. Were those the lights that are supposed to turn off?
i was thinking the same thing
no, it was the Two Red Lights by the license plate that turn off.
Riley B. Oh, okay. Thanks. I guess I missed that.
When your department have extra money and they spend it on 1 vehicle
Can you make a video of the auto eject in action?
auto eject?
He mentions that the panel on the side of the Tahoe is for an outside power line to plug in, it has an auto-eject feature when the vehicle gets turned on so you dont drive off with it still plugged in.
Why don't you have blue lights? They are the most visible
Some states and jurisdictions don't allow blue on anything other than law enforcement vehicles. Where I'm at, Fire and EMS have red and white, while Law Enforcement has blue and white.
Hi, I'll preface my question with saying that I'm not at all affiliated with EMS service, an EMT, etc.; just a retired Trooper... so I'm not familiar with the needs of ambulance personnel.
My question is, what is the purpose of the "space heater" in the very rear of the vehicle??
LR Leemon I’m not exactly sure. Maybe it could be used to keep person(s) warm while at a scene
it is used to keep the medications they carry warm if they have to leave the vehicle outside.
let’s see some more zach!
Need Zach
Question, this car No need met with NFPA1901? Regulations not permited white light on any zone when car is blocking right of way, ambulance not need respect this regulations?
Grzegorz Stachura Nobody has to follow NFPA regulations, they're just guidelines, not laws. A fire department or ambulance service can choose to follow NFPA guidelines if they wish, but there's nothing requiring them to do so.
Jordan Gustavson Thx for answer, i dont now that is no law. Only guide. Good to now.
This is pretty sleazy the commercial shown before watching this video again was for ultra bright lightz, that is dirty !
Having a push bar for ems vehicle is literally useless Application that will most likely never ever get used.
Alex M grill protection.
Plus one day they'll have to push a car out of the way.
I guess, but a lot of fire protection districts have winches on there trucks or they have a construction vehicle come push it. It just feels uselesss to me, same goes for when fire departments have unmarked vehicles, more useless.
Alex M Yea true. But winches and getting a construction vehicle to move a vehicle may take too long.... Yea I agree. Some say it's a take home vehicle others say it's a Fire Marshall. Hell even had one guy say that he didn't want to be targeted by people for not being able to save a person from a fire. Many reasons.
I take it you're not a 1st responder, and you have no ide what you're talking about
Sorry, this thing looks like a ridiculously over-lit demo vehicle... It would have been perfect without the push bar / attached lighting and the above fender IONs. Those just push it into the stupid category...
Waaay too many lights. Looks obnoxious.....Plus it's a Chevy, which is a double failure.
Literally Shitler I would never a Chevy Christmas tree.
It beats the hell out of anything Ford ever made for police or EMS duty. Dodge Chargers are ok, but too small for transporting prisoners in the back seat
jrftworth+ lol, I like how you made this comment as if it's a fact but it's obviously your subjective opinion. You silly kid. lol
Literally Shitler 1st I'm not a kid, I'm probably old enough to be your dad, 2nd I know what I said to be fact because I have driven the Crown Vic for 7.5 years, the Charger for 4 years and the Tahoe now for 4 years on patrol. The Crown Vic is the WORST piece of shit ever made for a patrol car.
Are you even a 1st responder? Have you ever worked as a patrol officer before and had to pull a 12 hour shift in a patrol vehicle before?? Based on your feeble and ignorant reply, I'd be willing to say NO !!!
Your experiences doesn't equate to fact; it's empirical. The Crown Vic is no longer produced or manufactured. You're also comparing three vehicles that aren't even in the same class, from different years, with different technology packages. It's like comparing a fighter jet to a damn Cessna.
Yes, I'm a first responder. I work 24 hour shifts. But even if I wasn't, that wouldn't change what is reality and what is not.
