On Gigabyte boards (counter intuitive) to disable USB in standby you need to enable 'ErP'.

Does it work with HomeKit? And if so, are both the main lights and the ambilight exposed to HomeKit?
Because the packaging never mentions HomeKit, but the Amazon listings do say it’s supported…

As far as I know, this isn't one of the models supported by HomeKit. They did recently get approval and a firmware update for certain things like the 1S color bulb and aurora lightstrip, but not this.

If one only needs a monitor light bar, the Xiaomi Monitor Light Bar just works.

Looks suspiciously similar to the Xiaomi light bar, it wouldn't be stretch to say the same OEM made them.
It just seems like a cheap gimmick, instead of a proper asymmetrical light bar.
