I heard from a jeweller that emeralds and ruby's which are using is also not real it seems semi precious but in some shops they claim them as real ones(so many scams)
White stones are of lower cost than all...though we won't exchange, we don't buy simple white stones instead of precious stones ....resale value is resale value..it has its own importance...uncuts have 75 percent resale and diamonds have complete /90'/.if given in same store..waste of buying cz's and Swarovski, if affordable...proper middle class won't invest in Swarovski which has no resale value....ornament is also a kind of investment apart from looks...and uncuts have their own 'classy' look which known people can easily identify.....investing hard earned money only for "glitters"(which even white stones have) is a personal choice..."uncuts" have their own glitter, their own class, their own value when worn....
