And I say this because I've met a lot of people in my career and you are a great example of how our younger generation are going to bring our world into a fantastic New age. Keep up your wonderful work. Thank you for your inspiration. Your family must be so proud.

Girl, just like those other people, I am going to BINGE your content. I have NEVER liked the idea of being a niches UA-camr. Like you said, I am human and I LOVE so many things and live talking about different topics and there was no way in hell I was going to keep myself from talking about everything that I love. I started my channel to inspire moms. I am a teacher, mom of four, Christian, I love books, fitness, self-improvement and I have so many goals! So I share a little bit of all of that. I am growing, veeeeerrrrrrryyyyyyy slow, but like Bishop T.D. Jakes said, “I’m in it for the impact and not to be famous.” ❤️
Thank you for your valuable content. This was my first video and now you have a dedicated follower. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏🏻❤️🫶🏻 Wishing you all the best in years to come.

Bria, you have no idea how much I needed this video. I recently quit my job after 2 years of working there in the hopes I would break through with my youtube/social media career. I had to quit my job because I was absolutely miserable and my mental health was really struggling. I decided to persuade youtube in the hopes of making it out there. I have been putting so much work in lately. I upload every single day and I try to reply to every comment, but not much is happening...Your words of encouragement really made my day and fueled me with new motivation! I know I’m gonna make it. Dang girl, I've been doing this for 10 years, and I got so inspired again with your fresh vibes!!! The note about viral is so important. I always wanted to go viral until I saw OG UA-camrs, with millions of subs, who couldn't event get 25K views. Many people don't understand that subs don't guarantee views, and the quiet times as you describe it prepare you on how to make actually "watchable" content. This way when you grow, you sustain the views. LOVE the tips of scheduling shorts and going live, I seriously need to get on that.

Thank you for sharing this and giving the real tea on growth. I've wanted to do UA-cam and just make videos since I was 8... I am turning 25 in a few months. Great content Bria, However I noticed that lof UA-camrs are saying that starting a brand new channel will be difficult\saturated because they don't want you to take a piece of the cake. It is not saturated and NOT even close to be. There's always a room for new creators. I started my YT journey a year ago and already crossed 85k\month with two major channels. However I noticed everyone are just keeping the real methods to themselves. I realized that after reading an eBook. No one is talking on how to outrank competitor videos which is one of the most important things, how to gain exposure and additional traffic outside YT, how to do proper off site SEO etc etc...

Thank you for reaffirming what I’ve been doing from the start of my UA-cam channel this year. For a while in the beginning of my videos, I felt like the odd one because though all the advice is out there on “How To” do a UA-cam channel, it didn’t feel like me. I didn’t start with a “niche”, I just started with me and what I felt comfortable sharing. I have 70 quality subscribers to date and I have no doubt they’re here because they accept me and my philosophy of life. I appreciate the tips, I’m definitely going to lean into them and work on continuing to growing as a person and content creator ❤

Wow! This video was so inspiring & motivating. I personally tried UA-cam back in 2016 and didn't really have the mental space or time. I am back now ,& slowly but steadily want to continue this journey. If anyone is reading this, listen to her, she's actually talking sensible & logical stuff. All the best, hope you all become successful in whatever you want to do in life. Have an amazing day & all the best! Finally, thank you Bria! 😁

I will be passing your video on to my daughters because I appreciate your vulnerability which is not often seen on here, plus it takes nothing to support others especially when it’s Real Talk… Keep striving and thriving… You got the wheels turning in my head, so it’s just a matter of time…😉

I am already editing the video and I’ll keep going. The niche thing was the one that gotten me stressed and feeling down since I like to film everything and not necessarily just videos about 1 theme.
    Again, thank you sooooooo much.

It’s so validating and encouraging to hear your thoughts on finding a niche. There are so many things that interest me and really, in the grand scheme of things, I want my channel to be a place to just hang out and chat with the tribe/family we’ve created there no matter what the topic is or the video is about. Sometimes I feel like I need to make it all make sense but this year I was like eff it…I’m going to post whatever I enjoy filming and talking about or feel like sharing and those who are about it will come and enjoy it with me and those who need a niche or need more can find it elsewhere.
Loved how you broke this down and reflected on how it all applied to you and your journey. So happy to see your success and wish you so much more growth and incredible experiences in the future !! ❤️🤗 Happy New Year! 🎉

Hi Bria, I came across your video and really enjoyed it. I completely agree with you about the value of having a smaller number of dedicated subscribers rather than a large number of unengaged followers. I've only had my channel for a month now, and I'm so grateful for every view I get, even if it's just a few. It's like having a small group of people in my living room, listening to what I have to say 😝 Quality is definitely more important than quantity! Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see you reach the 1 million subscriber mark! ☘

My mom told me "you're a professional, you can get a real job." She doesn't understand, and neither does anyone else that putting in those 15-20 hour days with little return (so far). But it's what makes it that much sweeter when you finally do win. No one ever said it would be easy, in fact, it should be hard, otherwise everyone would do it.
