So this is the family tree from what I'm getting from all of this: Rex + Pyra = Glimmer Rex + Nia = Mio Mio + Noah = Ghondor (Matthew's grandfather) Ghondor + unknown woman = Ghondor's child Ghondor's child + in law = Matthew and Na'el Damn, half the main cast comes from Rex's genes.
I think that Matthew and Nael are actually the children of Consul M and N since they are already Moebius by this point and they are the previous incarnations of Noah and Mio so it would make sense that they are the parents of Matthew and Nael.

So maybe the encounter between Sex, Z & Alvis is the intro to Future Redeemed, setting the premise for the adventure.

3:37 - Rex's weapon also looks like an altered variation. To me it originally looked like Mythra's with the blade pointing in 3 different directions, but this version looks like it has 7 streams of light coming from it.
Considering the multiple theories of Rex's family tree. My only question is how did Shulk and Rex end up going several(if not even dozens of-) generations into the future without aging? Because IF Mio is the child of Rex and Nia and IF Ghondor is the son of Mio and Noah(now Consul M and N) That would mean Matthew and Na'el are Rex's Great great Grandchildren. Rex and Shulk would be (AT THE VERY LEAST) 100 years old. And seeing that nobody else in XC1 and 2 besides Melia and Nia is confirmed alive during the DLC timeline.
