happy for your family...! okay ba result ng inspection? usually pag may findings ang inspector pwede pang i negotiate sa seller yan.. hopefully nakita ng inspector lahat ng dapat ayusin sa bahay..
Yes we had inspection and no problems at all! We’re so lucky na halos newly renovated ang bahay. :) we tried negotiating about the water tank pero instead pinalitan nalang ni seller ng bago. :)
