I always think is funny how so many treat Sam as a home wrecker during these episodes yet she’s proven to be the most decent of all. She kept trying to leave to avoid hurting Sonny, Carly and their kids. She was trying to give her baby a better life by giving it up for adoption. She also tried to get Jason to go back to Courtney because she genuinely thought that would make him happy . This is why we Sam fans hated the writers with a passion for trying to destroy her character in order to get Jason and Liz together. Because we knew that Sam would never let a child be hurt since from the beginning she had shown to have a very kind heart.
Jason and Sam were the best.Hopefully the writers of GH will reunite this couple in 2024.Free Sam from the boring and incestuous-like relationship with Dante. 4/18/2024
I love how she always breaks things down for him to see/understand without making him feel or look stupid. Probably would be bc of Danny in the writers minds.
to this day, that scene in the bar is one of my favorite jasam scenes. 💜 it’s the first time they truly connect with each other. (plus jason’s porcupine hair is so cute lol)
This moment was extremely revealing for both Jason and Sam. For Jason it showed him that for the first time in his life someone truly and genuinely understood him and accepted him for who he was and what he did up to the point that she trusted him and felt safe with him. And for Sam it was the first time in her life that she allowed herself to be vulnerable and to let her guard down to trust someone other than herself so much so that she felt totally safe with Jason. At this point, Jason didn't know what was happening he just realized how drawn he felt towards Sam and he couldn't helped himself. Meanwhile, Sam realized that for the first time in her life she found in Jason someone that she could trust implicitly and wholeheartedly. It's obvious that from this moment on they built strong foundation of a really amazing friendship that ended up becoming a great love story. This is one of the many moments they have shared that have created the amazing connection they have with one another which makes them unstoppable, unbreakable, undeniable and inevitable! Blessed be!
While I mostly agree with your posts, I feel you never watched Jason with Robin. Robin was the Sam b4 there was a Sam. She unlocked his heart and taught him how to love. He has said that. He loves Robin in a separate area though - as those with good first love experiences do. They just did not get to last bc they wanted different things in life & they could be together to do it. He wanted to stay and work for Sonny and she wanted to travel and go to good med schools. Basically the actress was becoming a director and going to school in real life. So, that’s why they brought in Sam, who actually got along so well with Robin when they first met it seemed like they were twin sisters or something. Kindred spirits. Of course pissed Carly off bc she hated both!
1:50 At she starts to fall for him. She notices he doesn’t see her the way others do or she thought he did. That he sees her true nature. He pays attention.
He’s offering his hand and she can see the pain in his eyes and on his face and she feels terrible lying to him, but thinks she cannot get out from under it now. She is perplexed at him caring so much. She is not used to it. No one ever cared for her as much in her life as Jason (and yes Sonny) did at this point…
This was Jason's chance to have a family without him having to be romantically involved with the mother. Or so he thought. I hate what the writer's did to them in 2012 during her pregnancy.
Took like 8 freaking years to give them a baby just in time for him to leave the show. They took him and Kelly for granted and did not even take into consideration a woman’s limited window of fertility. 🙄
Jus realized watching this, she was always meant to lose this baby, just based off what the doctor said, and I dont remember her ever getting this so called procedure when she got to Port Charles
6:30 - thinking, but this just opened up some feelings outside I didn’t know were there…now who is Courtney? J/k but really, you can see him look to the outside and he is trying to process all these new feelings believing the baby is gone and how that likely means Sam will now move on and never be seen again.
Yeah, Liz is no saint. She started out trying to appear like a “cool bad girl”, got raped 😢 & turned meek & mild for a bit, but she mostly only kept the outward persona while reverting back to her actual lies and manipulations she came to PC with. She got sent away from home to her Grams for acting out after all. That is why she is there…
Sam did what she did to survive and take care of Danny, his care is expensive & she tried to go about it the right way, but on her salary alone and no college education- you just don’t get paid much. Then she can’t get insurance on her brother from all companies-you have to find the employers that offer that benefit. Then those are generally the ones requiring skills or degrees you don’t have….blah blah blah. Welcome to trying to get a job with limited resources and education. It sucks and it feels hopeless.

@@vickiealston4892 I miss them too 😭
14:07 - the way he looks at her & smiles as she describes imagining holding her baby for the first time…❤
Love these 2 together,great couple
He was falling for so long and slowly and when it hit him, he was all in.
I love the part when Carly says "You couldn't possibly love Sam!" And Jason basically freezes like "Oh shit!" 💓

Steve , jason is a great actor, so is kelly,, sam
This is what made me like Sam when she said"I don't mind, lying "she never tried to act like she was a good person.
That's what I loved about the character.
9:05 - oh crap face! 🎼 “Suddenly I’m falling in love…”
This when Jason started to love her

12:04 - reached for her hand to comfort her, but she is not looking and misses it
Jus realized watching this, she was always meant to lose this baby, just based off what the doctor said, and I dont remember her ever getting this so called procedure when she got to Port Charles
I think she did have the procedure- when she was in the PC Gen hospital and her ex boyfriend came after her and Alan stopped him.
@@imunetwork8514 she did have the procedure. But she lost the baby due to placenta abruption
She did have it done...
I knew the baby was not going to survive this.

Do you have the scene where Niko shoots Sonny? I’ve been looking for it for YEARS
She used her maternal bone to tend to Danny
By this scene she had ran away, what 5 times but never got away 😂 She was a lying manipulating hot mess back then.
Right Liz lied to everyone.
