Pretty bracelet. I have both, but my Serpenti has no diamonds. And I stack both. If you want to close the gap, flip the head over the tail. It should be okay.
I don’t really feel that way because the bracelet has an edgy quality to it that prevents it from being super formal. I think it also depends what other jewelry you have on at the same time. It’s similar to how I feel about having a diamond engagement ring/wedding band on - by itself it’s casual enough even though a diamond ring isn’t exactly what I would call casual, but if you wear a bunch of other rings too then it becomes a bit much.
Great review video. I also got the small (no diamond) JUC when you did, and since I didn't feel satisfied, I eventually got the regular diamond JUC. The Bulgari has been on my wishlist but the price holds me back. It's stunning on you.
Hi I own rose gold with semi pavé diamonds and it was definitely a big spend but honestly it is so stunning it’s so feminine and gives off a luxury dark feminine look and I’ve received countless compliments I feel like it’s worth the spend!
Great review video! I had a super random question. For someone who has a large variety of luxury item. If you had to choose a designer bag such as an Hermes 24/24 or the Bulgari bracelet and say matching serpenti ring. Which do you think would be the better purchase/investment. Again super random but appreciate if you do see this. Great review again!
Between those two options I would personally pick the bracelet and ring because I have no interest in the bag while I love the bracelet, but in general jewelry depreciates in value so much faster than a handbag.
Thanks for the review! I think tbh a better comparison is the juc in regular ( not small). Both wire for your comparison but the regular juc is the same with serpenti in size of thickness! Debating the serpenti ring but it’s so expensive
Do you have any issues with dust and debris getting into the spaces with the viper bracelet? I really like the look of it, but I am concerned about the ability to keep it clean.
Stuff does get trapped in those spaces so I scrub it with a toothbrush once in a while. I can’t say for certain I’m able to get it all out though…there might be more gunk hidden deeper in there that I can’t easily reach 😬
@@CAROLCHANNELINGCHIC Thank you for sharing. This is very helpful. I am deciding between this and another 5 motif, leaning towards what I know and love with these gaps. But it looks so stunning on you!
Thanks for the detailed review. I also stack my small juste un clou with the love bracelet, but it usually gets caught up with my knitwear during the winter. As for the rose gold turning into gold, i have the same issue with my love bracelet, and after my SA cleaned it, it’s back to rose gold.
Has the color faded again after your SA cleaned it? I’m thinking maybe I should bring it into the boutique too but if it’s not a permanent fix I don’t know if it’s worth the effort 😅
@@CAROLCHANNELINGCHIC I bought it in Apr 2015 and I got it cleaned on Nov 2020. Till now, it's still rose gold. But then, I don't use it too often. Maybe you can ask your SA, coz it's my SA who first noticed it and told me I should get it cleaned.
I have the small love and I don’t like how the two look stacked. Regarding sizing, I have the small JUC in a size 15 and serpenti in a size small which seems to be equivalent to 15cm according to their website. Hope that helps!
I never wondered that until you mentioned it and I went searching for pictures to find out…and I’ve seen pictures both with and without the gap. Mine was like this straight out of the box and I never thought there was anything off about it and I actually prefer it this way, but I would say that the gap is probably a small variation from the norm similar to how some bracelets have more overlap in the scales than others even in the same size. I think this adds to the point I made in the video that the serpenti bracelet feels more delicate because you can mold it differently.
Nope. I have it facing the same way as all the pictures on Bvlgari’s website and it’s the way it was presented in the box when I unboxed it too. However if I flip it to the “wrong” way then there isn’t a gap. I guess it’s preference how you want to wear it. I actually quite like the gap - shows off the scales more.
Hmm interesting question. Do you mean only one bracelet in total or one designer branded one but I get to have something like a tennis bracelet that isn’t from any special designer?
Haha I think I would pick the Serpenti bracelet. If I could only pick one designer bracelet I would want one that looks unique which this definitely is. And it’s pretty versatile too - there’s other bracelets that I love but aren’t as versatile in my opinion.
Hi you have a new subscriber! I really enjoyed this video. Tell me, how do you afford these things? To own just one of those is a dream that I feel like could never happen for me!
Thanks for subscribing! 🤗❤️ For me I plan my purchases ahead of time to budget it all out and save for them. I don’t really tend to splurge in other areas of my life so I have more money to allocate towards these purchases. I’ve built up somewhat of a collection over time but it happened slowly especially at first. What piece are you eyeing?
@CAROLCHANNELINGCHIC thank you so much for responding. Can I ask (roughly) how much you set aside a month to save and how long it takes you to acquire these pieces? For me, it's the Serpenti bracelet ✨️maybe one day 🤞🤞 thanks x
I was between JUC and Bvlgari. I bought Bvlgari. It looks much more chic on a wrist😊 and it super comfortable because it is flat
Great choice! 😁
Thank you love to hear all your thoughts.
Thank you for the great review video, Carol!

Great comparison video! I know you've mentioned the Bulgari can be worn day to day, but do you sometimes feel like it's too formal for daily wear?

Good to know! I've been going back and forth on the Bulgari for so long 😅
What size did you get? Have you experienced it falling off when you shake your hand? I got 16but it happened to me 😢
😢

Thanks! The price keeps going up like every half a year too 😩

These are both beautiful and stunning💕 What size did you get for both bracelets?
I have the JUC in a size 15 and the Serpenti is a small.
Wonderful review I am considering this same exact bracelet.

What size is your Bvl and your wrist measurement ?? Thanks
It’s a size small and my wrist is ~14cm.
@@CAROLCHANNELINGCHICAnd what is the size of your JUC? 😊

How is the serpenti stacked with love bracelet? Do u need to size down, same as juste un clou?

Thé Bvlgari bracelet is wonderful truthfully !
Agree! 😊
Very helpful thank you!
Is the gap on your serpenti bracelet normal?
I never wondered that until you mentioned it and I went searching for pictures to find out…and I’ve seen pictures both with and without the gap. I think she had the bracelet flipped the wrong way. Similarly, if you flip the JUC the wrong way there will also be a gap. My guess.

If you could only have 1 designer bracelet, which one would you pick? :p
Hmm interesting question. Do you mean only one bracelet in total or one designer branded one but I get to have something like a tennis bracelet that isn’t from any special designer?
@@CAROLCHANNELINGCHIC LOL ok let’s set the parameter as 1 designer bracelet and a reasonable no. of non-designer bracelets eg. Tennis bracelet :D
Haha I think I would pick the Serpenti bracelet. If I could only pick one designer bracelet I would want one that looks unique which this definitely is. And it’s pretty versatile too - there’s other bracelets that I love but aren’t as versatile in my opinion.

Overpriced and not very "pretty".
What made you to choose rose gold instead of yellow gold ?🐍💛🩷
