Just subscribe to your channel. Hope to see more of your builds as you go along with the builds. I'm new to the hobby and trying to learn as much as one can before jumping into any major builds. Once again thxy great work and keep the videos coming.
Bro, your approach is the same as mine...I'm 63 years old and just came back to modeling.. Your Chevelle is very nice, and I wish you the best in your endeavors.
Very good introduction video, some great builds there. I just subscribed to your channel. I'm looking forward to viewing more videos from you. Best of luck to you
Excellent job on the 67. Keep the videos coming. I recently got back into the hobby after a long layover from adolescents. I definitely learned something new watching this video
For mopar paint , ebay color my auto , or touch up express,, have that same kit yep going to build it same way ,, mine gonna be bright yellow with center line wheels.
Hi Eric, I just subscribed to your channel, I'm a lot like you , I love the old muscle cars too! I build mostly muscle cars and big rigs. Never did get into science fiction or kits older than the sixties. You can't beat those old Chevlles Love those body styles. You did a great build your choice of colors, was perfect, all that detail you did awesome! I can't wait to see more of your builds. Thank you for sharing, good luck to you with your new channel,!! 👍👍👍👍
Thanks so much! Yeah the old Muscle cars are so much fun to build! I built one big rig as a kid but not even sure where it went! Might have to try it again sometime! Thanks for the kind words!
Great built Eric you’re quite talented I’m getting back into it. I’m 65 years old i’m building the same Chevelle as you what did you use for basecoat on top of the red gray or white primer I’d appreciate it if you could let me know thanks much, Chris
nice kits! But in my opinion 12k is not necessary!especially if you polish afterwards!I do my kits only 3k and dont polish at all except there is some dust or orangepeelIf you have the right clear and did the airbrushing right, noo need to go to 12000!Good luck with your channel!Nice to have a new one!
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah sometimes I just use a 6000 only on the bare plastic just to smooth it out before primer! Just depends on the kit. Some bodies take more prep than others. Thanks for the tips and watching!😎👊
Idk if you will see this but what kind of clear coat do you use? I tried rustoleum clear over testors metalic green laquer and it got all spotty and ugly so i had to remove it all
I only use the same brand clear as my base coat. Rustoleum clear doesn't work great for model cars imo. Most of my cars are testors enamel base with testors enamel clear or lacquer with lacquer clear. Sorry to hear about yours!
I just order my wires off ebay or use wires I have in the junk drawer. On ebay they have different color to choose from and they also work great for spark plug wires!
They all look great. The vinyl top on that yellow top is wow!
Very fine work. A terrific colour, too.

Thanks so much! Yeah same here. Got back into it after about 25 years! I've learned so much more than I knew back then!😎
Do you wet sand or dry sand your paint to get it flat?
@@Blaze5107 Wet sand is the best method imo.
