Multiverse i have a question when downloaded dcuo on my ps5 it said upload saved data and i prrssed it and it said i needed ps plus to transfer my data from ps4 to ps5 is this true??

No.
Booster Bundles rewards are usually a one time thing.... but some rewards did come back like the Shaded Comic.
No idea if it will ever come back.

You should be able to play DCUO even if you do not have PS+.
But I cannot really confirm that since I do have PS+. :(
