Rather keep up with base attack stat cause you gain with command helmet if you have around 30 attack so after saurons ability the enemy (which takes around 40 attack) lurtz doesnt feel big difference like other dds
@@akosgulyas739 they perform different roles. Lurtz should be main damage whereas shadow is designed for secondary damage and clearing white council. IMO, overall shadow is better though

Not massively, you still want to focus attack based gear for his damage. The impact is greater than command will give
