Congratulations on a wonderful year of FlossTube videos! I can't believe it's been a year. 🤔. Love seeing all your projects, and love the animal crossing SAL y'all are doing. Of course always enjoy seeing the fur kids making their appearance.
I’ve been doing ALL of the sals too. There are just too many great ones to choose from. I can’t wait to see what cute animals pop up in the Deadly Aquarium.
Absolutely! There are so many great SALs this year! I'm excited about which animals we'll be seeing in the Deadly Aquarium. I'm sure they'll be awesome!
Thank you for sharing, that Raven Coven chart is hilarious, I'm stitching Wood Witch by the same designer. I also love Laura, she is so thoughtful. I don't blame you leaving the shop after that lady was so rude and negative. Your pets are just as cheeky as my two, cats rule the house! animal
Hi! Laura is responsible for a lot of the projects in my stitchy cup. 🤣 I love her. I saw the pattern you're stitching. I've put it on my wishlist. Cats definitely rule the house! Hecate IS the goddess in our house, and she knows it! 🤣
Your nails are just wonderful! You truly have a good amount of SALs you're in! About that purple fabric; I was just advised to use a bigger needle, if I'm having trouble with the floss running through the fabric. I mostly use a 28 - no matter what the fabric count is. And your projectbags - I'm drooling here! The fabrics you have are just so pretty and wonderful and great and colourful and just fabulous!!
Thank you! My nails are always multi-colored because I can never decide on any one color. 🤣 You're right about the needle for the purple fabric. I originally used a bigger ballpoint needle on that fabric, but the ballpoint wouldn't go through. Next, I tried a small sharp needle, but it kept going in next to the hole instead of through the hole. Now, I'm using a medium-sized sharp needle with a thread length of about 12 inches. That seems to be the magical solution. Stitching is going much easier with that. 😁 My fabrics for my bags are scraps and end of bolt remnants. Whenever I go anywhere that sells fabric, I look to see if there are any scraps for sale or if there are any bolts that are almost empty. They will normally discount it if you take such small pieces. I also have websites that sell remnants. Of course, the clothes I make for my daughter are always bright and pretty and colorful, so I save those for bags, too. Lol I've seen the bags you make, though, and they're beautiful! ❤️
I am here celebrating your one year floss-iversary! Only five months late! lol. 😂 Also, as usual, I am here for that gorgeous hair. Feeling very envious, as always. Ooh, the finished waves of the satsuma street sal. But has that one been worked on since? I bet it has but I haven’t gotten to those videos yet. Oh boy. Thank you for keeping me company while I am trying to get my daily stitches done. ❤
Better late than never! 🤣 I've begun working on the earth section of the Satsuma Street, but it's a small start. Of course, right now, it's all about the 2 Christmas projects. I'm ready to be done with those. 😁
Between MiraMay and Kreink retiring/changing ownership wow are stocks low! I'm glad you were able to find as much as you did! Oh, that Raven Coven zombie cat is amazing! (The other charts, too) The circle of enabling continues 😂
Yes! The enabling is fierce this year! 🤣 Yes, I've decided to wait until next month to really start searching for the kreinik and beads I need. If I happen to find them, I'll snatch them up, but I'm not going to make myself crazy looking for them. I can start the project without them. Thanks for visiting! ❤️
Hi Sherry! So lovely to see you! I am way behind on floss tube as I am sick yet again. Felt well for nearly a week other than fatigue and then I started all over again with the mucus and cough. At this point I have decided not to refill the antibiotic again, am taking the 2 nasal sprays and antihistamine as prescribed and kind of hoping it is still this way when I go to see the ENT physician on the 4th so that he can see exactly when I have been dealing with. Well that is my plan as long as I don't get too worn out since I will be taking care of Walter from Monday afternoon until Wednesday evening so his mama can work the special election and make a few extra bucks. Found a 4 bedroom/2 bath house in Nolanville that mom and I are really interested in. It even includes all the usual appliances, washer, dryer and a freezer in the rent price. Have to send a bunch of info to the guy later today. We really want out of these apartments and into a house, and 4 bedrooms means Walter could either have his own bedroom when he stays with us or else I could have a dedicated room for my stitching and mom could have a dedicated room for her sewing and supplies. The Kreinik thread might be an issue for a while since the owner of Kreinik decided to retire and was bought out by Rainbow Gallery and is in the process of moving to California. Let me know which Kreinik and Mill Hill you need (I have a fairly larger and somewhat older collection of both) and I will check to see if I happen to have them and send them to you. Happy floss tube anniversary! Glad all the animals are doing well. The Animal Crossing project bag is so cute. I love that you sew all your project bags. Take care my friend. Dawn
Hi Dawn! I am SOOOO sorry you're still fighting being sick! That is so frustrating. Hopefully, they can get you properly diagnosed and treated on the 4th. I'll keep my fingers crossed. 🤞🤞🤞 I'm telling you, it's been really bad this year. I normally don't have any allergy problems in the spring. They usually slam me in autumn, but this year, I was sick most of spring. My husband NEVER gets sick (he claims it's from all the chemicals he's been doused with working as a diesel mechanic for 30÷ years 🤣), but he was sick most of this spring. Take care of yourself, and try to get plenty of rest. The house sounds great! I hope it works out for you! That would be awesome! You would have so much space! It took years for me to finally get my own craft room. I had 2 kids, then my mother-in-law moved in with us, THEN my mother moved in with us, AND THEN my son moved back home for a couple of years, but finally, I have my own craft room. It's like paradise. Yeah, the kreinik situation is an inconvenience, for sure, but it'll work out. I'll check everywhere next month and see if anything has been restocked. If I still can't find them, I'll let you know. We could work out a trade. 😁 Take care, my friend, and know you're in my thoughts! ❤️
Oops, sorry about enabling you haha! Maybe you and I can do an independent stitch along again next year for the mushroom book lol. I can't wait to start the Animal Crossing SAL together!
That fungi book is the cutest! We can definitely do a stitch along for it. I saw the pattern for the little potion book, too. I might have to get that one. 😁
Automatic like ❤
Thanks!
Happy Flossiversary 🎉 Thank you for showing us your creativeness. The Animal project back sure is cute 😊
Thank you! ❤️

Thank you! ❤️ I didn't even realize it had been a year until I went to upload the video. It doesn't seem that long. 😁
@@HecatesNeedle-ei6xj I know! 😳
Love seeing your progress!! 💚💚
Thank you! I'm loving it! I'm excited to hang it next to my herbal cabinet once it's done!
