S6 PTR Meteor Sorc T90 Pit Clear - Diablo 4

Over the next few weeks, leading up to the Vessel of Hatred expansion, I will be releasing all the builds Hysteria and I tested on the PTR. These builds will include: Ball Lightning, Familiar/Conjurations, Pure Firewall, Ice Shards, Incinerate and this Meteor build.
Meteor Notes: Starfall Coronet does not feel nearly as good as spammable meteor (even with the lowest CDR Starfall helm). I'm aware the new Perdition Helm is bugged. But it is only bugged on Demons and not against other mobs. This was probably my least favorite build of the ones I tested. It just felt very slow/clunky to me.

Probably Chain Lightning. I like Ice Shards too, but it has heaps of problems (not just dmg issues) with casting and hitboxes.

I had so much fun with meteor in season 3. it's a shame what's happened to it.

Not really from what I was able to test. Runes, new tempers and paragon have seemed to buff a bunch. I’m sure there will still only be a few S tier builds, but the lower builds were def feeling better.

Did you get to try it with starfall and the rune that lets you overpower? Could be interesting as it overpowers all 4. Could never figure it out with BLT because it doesnt cost resource- but technically you could get it to now with a rune if the petrify/warcry combo gets nerfed.
Meteorites with firebolt enchant is also a shout for frostburns/azurewrath if the affixes are left that high

We don’t have overpower multipliers like other classes so I wouldn’t bother with it.

I did a full frozen orb build on ptr and could clear up to pit 96 but I feel like my paragon board set up wasn’t very optimized and if it was it could clear put 100

I made this build quickly as it's not very optimized. I could've gone higher given the amount of time left in this run. Not sure if this was clearing 100 in time though lol.

@@aphroroxI’m sure this would have gotten to like 95-96. I wish arc lash could be a viable build. I haven’t put in too much effort on it but I don’t see it getting into the 90’s

I don't think it was anything spectacular. I just wanted to try a bunch of the builds that had their weapon tempers reworked.
