- Here I made a 12v S4 18Ah Modular battery pack with removable cells from 18650 cells salvaged from old laptop batteries. I made a these pcbs for the Power modules, where there are glass fuses to show if any cell is shorted and can be easily serviced. I used my previously made 40cell Charging & Capacity Testing Station to know the capacity of the cells for repacking the cells in to proper battery packs.

Can i use this for à Ebike or Elecyric Go Kart or just for PowerBank?
Yes, just make sure you are using thick bus bars.
My use is just for some small outdoor lights which don't require high amps.
what is ur thought process for 3s vs 4s when ur trying to do 12v? 3s is only 12v when each cell is above 4v which is not a lot of capacity, but 4s is 16v when each cell is charged only to 4v, which is a lot of capacity but how many 12v devices can use 16v?

Can I order the PC boards from JLCPCB?
For higher Amp I could solder some bigger wire as bus.
Yes, you should solder high gauge wires for high amps usage.
I use it only for outdoor lights.

Nice project. Couple of things bothered me though.
The board says 12V 3S but you use it as 16V 4S. What gives?
What was the minimum voltage of the cells you used? If cell voltage goes low enough, it can become unstable. Thus one capacity test tells you only that, the next cycle can be a lot lower if the cell is not okay.
Did you measure the internal resistance of the cells or check the temperatures when cyckling? If the resistance is too high, cell can become dangerous because of overheating.
I initially planned for a 3s but decided to on for a 4s.
I only use cell above 4.00 when was tested and charge and stored for a month.
I discard cell which gets hot, usually it's the Sanyo's.
