I too, get great enjoyment from playing with luxury makeup and the Cle’ de Peau eyeshadow quads did not disappoint. I am using them nonstop. And by the way, No One does better with Chanel than you!! ❤❤. I bought the Byzance pieces too.

I love my Longchamp bags! And they fix any issues one may have with their bag. The key for me to keep them in good shape, is get 2-3 colors and switch the bags each season so they don't wear down so much. My vibes have been off with getting sick right at the start of Fall. Go easy and recharge! What I love about the Cle de Peau formula is that it's so creamy, no fall out, and classic looking. Glad you reviewed this bc I want an every day classic color way!

Good morning 🦋 My hubby and I have been discussing this for a while now - it seems like the world is in a funk and we need to push the Reset Button. I work in medicine and believe it or not, but this full moon we've been having has a huge impact on people (and usually not in a good way). There is also a lot of interesting thoughts on it from an indigenous perspective which is quite fascinating. According to CdP, the bottom left eyeshadow in the palette is a primer shade. Hope your mood improves, and hey - there's always more shopping to be had 😈

I've worked in emergency medicine most of my life and absolutely we all know when it's a full moon. You just know it's going to be a crazy shift and to expect the unusual . Holts is my happy place when I'm in a funk and you have one of the nicest in Montreal.@@AllisonChase
The change of seasons always is a bit melancholy, but I do love Fall. Whenever I go into the department stores, especially the cosmetic department when they are slow, they are always very attentive. If you are in the mood to purchase, it’s a good thing but not when you don’t want to spend. Gorgeous look, classic colors, and they way you applied them is so natural. 🥰🍁🍁💛
I give you credit. When I am in a funk, I dont even want to get dressed and put a face on. However, nothing cheers like new makeup, so hopefully, it was the cure.

I think it can be attributed to working a relentless medical field job where I can’t even take a second to use the bathroom or eat, along with the 35+ degree weather temps months on end here in Texas. I just want to sleep all the time.

But that's also health, i have very serious allergic asthma, so, in spring/summer we live close to the beach, and even than it's challenging, even with my extra Xolair meds/injections from my pulmonologist added to my other meds; in autumn i can breath more, well, not if everybody uses real fire places when there is no wind, but yes my lungs react hysteric to all these things also in summer, like cars, scooters, sigarettes, etc, so when no pollen added and no heat (smog) added: lovely, autumn is my season!!!😍😍But i get you, Allison, lots of people don't like the falling leafs, more rain, etc, most Dutch here also don't, i am one of the exeptions!😂😂 Super beautiful products, you bought!!!😘😘😘😘
If you're looking for a new mascara I can recommend the new Clinique one in the green metallic tube. I love it - gives lovely length and volume, comes in brown as well as black and has a conical wand that makes it really easy to get to the small lashes on the inner corner of the eye. All round love. ❤❤❤

Love you talking through the process of putting makeup on😍 Even (and maybe specifically) when you complain about the construction works, while the situation is totally frustrating you are hilarious❤ Absolute understanding from the person who survived neighbors’ makeover (they drilled) during the lockdown😁

We hen we go to St. Bart’s there is a store in Gustavia that has all the new models colours etc. instead of the waiting list book a vacay down there😃. I also have their microfibre purses that are cross body and I find they wear better than canvas. Beautiful colours and assorted artwork on them too. I still love my lululemon 2L pouch more than anything . Hands free. Love that you got some Surratt it is so beautiful. The look is great and I am one that would never go near anything that says coral reef but you showed us how lovely and be beautiful it is and so neutral too. Bravo. omg everything you said is just like that! I'm studying Astrology. Last week we had the Aries Super full moon (the last one of the year so yes, it was pretty intense). And October is gonna be an astronomically heavy month, super karmic and all that (two eclipses, Mars entering into Scorpio, etc). So let's just take it as easily as possible. I strongly recommend to go for a walk or take a new class to make the body move. Or just breathe and take a nap if you feel like it. BTW, you're great!!! 💜

I am guilty of watching UA-cam late at night. I must of been really tired & thought I was rich, but actually I was extremely confused. I’ve never purchased Tom Ford makeup before. I thought I was buying the contour w/2 colors. I accidentally bought, I think it’s called, “Shade & illuminate” w/2 colors. I would of not spent that on highlighter. I put it away for a long time & then I finally decided to try the top color that I wasn’t even interested in. It is so beautiful! It really does melt into your skin. It looks so natural (for a highlighter). I put some on my brow bone and the corner inside part of my eye. It shows zero texture. I’ve been wanting a very light pink highlighter and the one u bought looks beautiful on you. The holiday releases for me, have been a big yawn fest. I didn’t buy any eyeshadow all year & caved & bought the new Natasha Denona pallet and I think I’m allergic to it. I want a Cle de Peau pallet but I don’t want to spend the money. Yeah, I get where your coming from. I have a bird feeder strategically placed outside my window and I get a lot of enjoyment and peace just watching my birds. It may sound corny, but is actually really fun & relaxing. U got some really nice pieces of makeup and u look beautiful. When I feel like crap, I’m guilty of going to bed, which I know is not good for your mental health, but maybe u were just putting too much pressure on yourself. Just know that we’re not going anywhere & we love u!♥️

Those shadows look stunning- and I’m here for it!❤ pS: I watched MW with the new CDP shadows and that shadow in the lower left is a primer and made to be used that way- not a topper.

It is the time of year when I feel similar and I would imagine after you achieved such a big goal plus did surgery, a bit od down time is inevitable. There's an inevitable adrenalin rush then slight crash I think. So glad to see the TF highlighter which is really appealing in promo photos even though I never buy TF -- it looked gorgeous!
The chocolate chip cookies you described remind me of cookies that used to be sold at Marshall Field's (RIP) here in Chicago. Specifically the flagship store on State Street. The cookies had chocolate chunks that were made in-house from a company called Frango and the flavor was chocolate mint. So good! And there mint wasn't overpowering, just a hint. Marshall Field's was bought by Macy's and at one point Frango went out of business and then returned, so i said all that to say i don't know if there cookies are still being made. I rarely shop downtown Chicago anymore.
Oh I remember Frango’s! I visited Chicago last summer and I tried some of their mint chocolates. No cookies, but they were still delicious. It was at the Macy’s downtown.

I started off with the green sea grass CDP quad it was calling my name but wish i maybe got sand dune or sundried driftwood first for the money that i would wear more often dont get me wrong i love it but definitely plan to get another. I ended up with the TF SN rose' highlight to , i didnt like it at first maybe cause i had such issues getting it came with nothing in the box then came broken by the time i got it i was blacklisted from Sephora because of their crap shipping but now im loving it i wear it everyday. I planned on getting the TF SN quad but i didn't i thought it was to glittery for what i like kinda like YSL Stora dolls, i like shimmer metallic not so much straight glitter. Also another pallet that was sent broke and not attached to the actual compact. Gotta love Sephora. This Coral pallet wasnt on my radar but it looks beautiful on you , i think the name threw me off it doesn't look coral it looks more neutral. I do wish they left the fragerance out of the shadows it kinda bothers my eyes.

It is the time of year when I feel similar and I would imagine after you achieved such a big goal plus did surgery, a bit od down time is inevitable. There's an inevitable adrenalin rush then slight crash I think. So glad to see the TF highlighter which is really appealing in promo photos even though I never buy TF -- it looked gorgeous!

The chocolate chip cookies you described remind me of cookies that used to be sold at Marshall Field's (RIP) here in Chicago. Specifically the flagship store on State Street. The cookies had chocolate chunks that were made in-house from a company called Frango and the flavor was chocolate mint. So good! And there mint wasn't overpowering, just a hint. Marshall Field's was bought by Macy's and at one point Frango went out of business and then returned, so i said all that to say i don't know if there cookies are still being made. I rarely shop downtown Chicago anymore.
Oh I remember Frango’s! I visited Chicago last summer and I tried some of their mint chocolates. No cookies, but they were still delicious. It was at the Macy’s downtown.

I started off with the green sea grass CDP quad it was calling my name but wish i maybe got sand dune or sundried driftwood first for the money that i would wear more often dont get me wrong i love it but definitely plan to get another. I ended up with the TF SN rose' highlight to , i didnt like it at first maybe cause i had such issues getting it came with nothing in the box then came broken by the time i got it i was blacklisted from Sephora because of their crap shipping but now im loving it i wear it everyday. I planned on getting the TF SN quad but i didn't i thought it was to glittery for what i like kinda like YSL Stora dolls, i like shimmer metallic not so much straight glitter. Also another pallet that was sent broke and not attached to the actual compact. Gotta love Sephora. This Coral pallet wasnt on my radar but it looks beautiful on you , i think the name threw me off it doesn't look coral it looks more neutral. I do wish they left the fragerance out of the shadows it kinda bothers my eyes.

The Aqua covers more and has a more powdery finish.

Yes ! The bottom left shade in the Cle’ de Peau palette is a primer. No law that you have to use it that way, but it works well.
