Its just like yesterday when BBC was making fun of ISRO, stating "A country which is not having toilets shouldnt invest in Rockets". Well guess what, we have toilets and rockets both now. Proud of ISRO.
I don't give a F about BBC and all.
True that
In that case I am wondering if someone such as UK without any respect for anyone's sovereignty should have a country at all 😂
Where is the original video of that interview I wanna see it
@@mrnobody9473 Not the entire interview but few glimps of it. ua-cam.com/video/bylNAeayb0E/v-deo.html
We still remember the absolutely toxic coverage of India's Mars Mission(Mangalyan) by British Broadcasting Corporation(beloved BBC). So many distasteful remarks were made. India was mocked like anything, eventhough ISRO achieved that feat on a budget less than the movie 'Intersteller'. Things like, "India should worry about toilets" were said by BBC. NY Times even made the most racist cartoon ever, showing white scientists sitting in a room called 'Elite science club', and an Indian knocking on the doors with his cow.
We Indians are like our elephants, we remember everything

Yes, India should build those Toilets around the British Commission in Delhi. The IslamListan Kingdom of Gt Britain is not worth worrying about.
@@idemonstratevelocity3522 My entire comment is just about sources...wdym?
Churchill once famously said that India would not be able to manufacture even a pin. Now we are sending their satellites to orbit and they cannot even send one satellite in orbit.
Churchill was a mass murderer and had blood of millions on his hands. He was no better than Hitler. Both were racist, inhuman mass murderers.
The European space agency might have been arm twisted by the US. Or Britain does not have the technology to achieve it. Or too costly to launch there.
@@tatvamkrishnam6691 its about indigenous capability. The Eu Space Agency is 22 countries plus some additional member nations.
But when it comes to indigenous tech All those countries lag behind cuz they are dependent on each other. For example UK is still part of EU space agency but it failed several time to launch indigenously built rocket. They.don't have any capabilities of their own & its a huge factor. The harsh truth is when crucial time will comes your own ability will determine your role.
Meanwhile Churchill is ....... in his grave. 😂
It was a deliberate attempt to keep Indians illiterate. When Brits left only 17 percent Indians were literate. The Brits didn't leave any opportunity to destroy us.
So from taunting India for it's space program to using Indian rockets to launch their satellite. British people has really come a long way.
It's not that the British hav come a long way , but v Indians hav stopped listening to their rants....
Hehehe its the British way
Long way in a very short span of time 😂
British govt specifically through their so called free media bbc
Tbf tho we have been launching our own for a while now, It's probably because Indian companies who have low revenue will do it for next to nothing compared to Spacex

Actually Indian company Bharti airtel has the biggest stake (33%) in this Oneweb company & UK govt owns 26% of it. So, it's not fare to call it UK company. But, it's a much needed step to counter Elon musk's Starlink monopoly in the future.
Owning stake does not change the origin of the company

A slap in the face for the one whose media once mocked India for moon mission (in 2008)..... That aged well, including UK's own (failed) attempt at launching rocket a couple of months back 😂
Which attempt? I am just curious
@Lakshay Singh The rocket isn't even a proper rocket, they used a airplane and strapped a small tube onto it hoping it would fly magically into space 😂
@@PlaneFS and all that wasn’t british either , the plane , the rocket and engine were all made in the US , the only thing british was the supposed “soil” factor.
We actually had a space program in the 50s but gave it up in favour of a full health and welfare system for all. How's your caste system still working out?
At least we have sent our own satellites and Astronauts up decades ago, Where its taken India how long? They barely have much of a budget for the sending satellites up let alone much else lol

2-3 years ago, when India launched satellites, british media was making fun by calling them dove sized satellites (though it further shows the media's ignorance because satellites launch is not about the sizes but about the correct trajectory ).
