love your flip through and all the colorful pages and all the things that you put in your journal it is always fun to look back see what things happened that time you were keeping that journal. i love putting things in my journal and i even write about past memories as well i always write about things that are going on with family, things i been watching on tv, movies i saw or places that we ate at, or things my cousin son like. i put pictures of the things that we did together or just pictures of things i want to remember. i like sticking everything i can into my journal i find that fun to look back on i even printed out pictures of my cousin son that she sent us in his school uniform it is his first time going to school. iam one that tries to write everything i can that is going on that i want to remember. when i journal sometimes i like to have the tv on or i will be watching youtube videos or sometimes i like to have music on while i journal . i like to journal when i know that i do not have things i need to do and i do not have to rush when writing so sometimes i do it when i wake up if i have the time or sometimes before bed when i have the time

Love going through journals with you and find them so inspiring. Although I try to emulate your style, I am never successful. My journals end up being too “rigid” and structured - not whimsical and fun like yours. Hoping 2024 will be a good year for both of us. I'm from Massachusetts originally! I know where Hadley is. Grew up in Lexington, 20 min. west of Boston. Familiar w/ all the New England states. They're small so you can visit more than 1 in a day depending on how long you want to stay. I have never heard of a Commonplace Journal. Have heard of Commonplace Book. Used to gather information. Is that what you mean? This was so fun to watch. I LOVE bookstores! They are kind of rare, independent ones. I'm real tired of Barnes & Nobles 😐
