Wow... as a 37 yr career Firefighter from S. Calif, that was absolutely pathetic !
I'd hate to see them operating a real fire of major significance.
This is a professional fire department? Wow😮
I had the same reaction, I thought the gray haired lady was a man at first...
You are a captain or a lieutenant, and it does not make sense. You are not fully prepared and turn out gear. You are the commander for that engine leaders lead by example.
@@michaelsheffler5710 we have turnout gear for a reason. It's unprofessional and quite idiotic to not be dressed in turnout gear when there's toxic fumes such as that which tells me he was scared to get close. So the other comment is completely right.
How exactly does not wearing full gear tell you someone is scared to do their job?
@@ritirons2726 because it means that the chief isn't operating the department right. Or lack of training. I would be scared to get close without all my turnout gear. If anyone tells me they're not scared to fight fire without turnout gear when it's provided for the exact reason it was intended for then its just idiotic.
Wow! It's good they were quick on the scene😊
Yeah, it’s a good thing the fire stations only down the road they think it might’ve been caused by someone tossing a lithium ion battery into the dumpster.
Wow, the neighborhood I work in, finally brought under control. Never thought I’d see it in a UA-cam video 😂
Per regs all stsff os to be fully in bunker gear if i was the chief he would get a repramand in his file & a 7 day supention
I don't disagree with your sentiment, but you should get reprimanded for your terrible spelling.
Fire dept. were very busy today lol
Hey, I've got an excuse, I' ve been in Thailand since Christmas. lol
What caused the dumpster to catch on fire???🤨🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Someone illegally dumped something in the dumpster, and then when they left it caught on fire.
AND IS THAT AN UNDERCOVER/UNMARKED VPD MINIVAN??!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?
yeah it randomly showed up after a city of Venice police car got their it had normal plates.
Good lord… Where is the PPE for the officer? Way to stand there with a thumb up your rear end. After having been on a dumpster fire where contents exploded you realize WHY everyone needs to be in PPE and on SCBA. Terrible, lazy job and terrible leader leadership.
Clown show.
That officer was 70% useless. Yeah, she stretched the hose and got an initial knock, but she would've been more effective dressed out and with a pike pole in her hand.
