Bleeds like this are very tricky! I have a few follow up questions!
What kind of accident can cause a cut in this area but also carries minimal risk of a broken pelvis?
Is there any way to be confident that the pelvis is not broken before applying this style of tourniquet?
How would you stop this type of bleed if the pelvis was thought to be broken?

Es el mismo principio del torniquete de Union, busca tapar la arteria femoral en caso de doble amputamiento traumatico, y en caso de fractura de pelvis seria torniquetes en ambas extremidades amputadas o en lo que quedan de ellas y tratamiento de la fractura o sra inmovilizacion

Is this specific to the soft T or will a cat work too? Might be a dumb question..

Not a dumb question at all! Billy says a CAT will work as well; he just found the SOF-T to work better for him.
