the Manipur kingdom, also known as Kangleipak, was founded in 1110 AD as the principalities in the surrounding hills were conquered. After subjugating the entirety of the Imphal Valley, starting in 1443 they raided outside Manipuri lands, first raiding the Kabaw Valley in modern Myanmar. After this, the Manipuris will do many more devastating raids into Myanmar. The kingdom reached it's peak under King Khagemba, whose name translates to 'The conqueror of the Chinese', a name he got after defeating a Chinese army in the north of the kingdom. He reformed Manipur in many ways, like building markets, minting coins, and having captured Chinese teach the Manipuris brickmaking. He also maintained good relations with the Mughals to Manipur's west. In 1714, the Manipur kingdom converted from Hinduism from the traditional Meitei religion, on top of changing the written script of Meitei to Bengali script. After an incursion into Burma, the Burmese conquered Manipur, where Manipuris would form an elite cavalry regiment in the Burmese army, only to be freed by the Ahom kingdom (Assam in EU4). The British then took control of Manipur during the First Burma War, where Manipur became a protectorate of the British until Indian independence. *So as Manipur, your objectives should be:* 1 - Own at least 30 cavalry regiments 2 - Conquer the entirety of the Burma region (ideally, don't expand anywhere in the Indian Subcontinent, but that's pain) 3 - Become the Emperor of China Or you could do the Animal Kingdom achievement, up to you.

Quick tip. Switching religion is based on majority in your nation, not on having over 50%.
