Right, though he copied but his version had more energy....thats why song was included in some bollywood movies in his original voice and if not in his voice in some others, then, at least same music and lyrics, except for Govinda’s , Arjun’s and one more version.....i knew long before that original is hawar hawar (persian) but i always luv hassan jahangir’s more......the worst part is that most of Indians have very low capacity to appreciate others in public, especially, if it comes to Pakistani people...(even if they like when they are alone)....

Not a copy, they bought the copyright. Anyway it wasn't Pakistani, its was by Biddu, an British Indian. Nazia Hassan was just the singer.
