The concert was amazing - the concert venue was brilliant, the ambience was beautiful and unforgettable, the orchestration and execution exhilarating and melancholic in equal measure and the music - pure genius. A truly moving experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Opportunities like this don’t come around very often. I, for one, was transported to another time and place, as maestro Yoshiki-sama took us on an artistic journey through the senses and through the tragedies and triumphs of his life. A very personal and intimate journey that resonated with us all in the Hall - and, yes, we are (still) X. Many, many thanks to maestro Yoshiki-sama for this amazing concert. 🧚💖🌹 Now I know what it must have been like experiencing Bach, Mozart or Beethoven as they gave personal recitals, performances or concerts of their work. Something special, a memory to treasure, and an experience to recall and reflect on in good times and in bad. Truly amazing. And to answer his question, yes, his mother would have been so happy, proud and delighted to have brought such a special, exceptional and talented human being into the world to take his place on the world stage as an inspirational - and much loved - artist who has brought so much happiness to so many even as he faced his own trials and tribulations 🧚💖🌹
