Damn he really illustrated the brutal reality of being a NFL coach. 😲😲 Been fired from every job since the 80's
And you can kinda understand it even, at that level i mean. But on a human site, I always hated how fast people were to call "failed" coaches shitty or idiots or whatever. imagine doing your job, but everybody knows it and is critisizing every single step you take. Those are people man, chill. There's always a time for calling people out on GAME mistakes, there's never a time to insult people like that just because you're an anonymous fan. Maybe I'm just taking spoken insults too serious and they mean what I mean but i don't know
I wouldn't feel too sorry for him. Making millions working the job he loves. It doesn't matter how many times he was fired. Because right around the corner he was hired. If you want to feel bad for coaches then feel bad for those ones that don't get multiple opportunities. Having a coaching position in the NFL even a lower one is something special. Even if you only have that job for a year. I bet you almost every single coach would not trade it in for anyting
@@Edninety well people say bellichick now was nothing without Brady. So if they say that about him lol imagine what they say about everyone else
I played for Coach Arians at Temple University. A straight shooter. Love Coach and thanks for recruiting me to TU.
That is very cool. He loves his players. I watched the part of him having been fired and having to move at Christmas so many times and yet he is such a loyalty guy. I value that quality more than just about any.
Lol mannn. They’re throwing so much shade at Jameis haha
/ well 30 interceptions is worthy of some shade... 16 is considered a lot by a QB in the NFL 30 is grounds for immediate termination
Jameis taunt them with eating W, after new Orleans beat them 2x. They took it personally 🤣
Only Bruce can call a 44-year old grown man "kid"
thanks for the reminder Tom Brady is actually 44, still chasing the next ring.
hard to believe, knowing grandpa Peyton Manning is 45.😆
damn impressive.
BA: "We thought we could fix him". 🤣
Dang he threw JW under the bus lol
As a Colts fan he's the one coach who we've had in our organization twice and both times he's the one who got away. Much Respect for BA absolutely love him.
Holy I didn't know that his staff had been with him that long
"I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear; I'm going to tell you what's the Truth"
This sums up Bruce's mentality on not just football, but his outlook on life. Much respect.
that man is tough as nails... respect.....
even more so for doing it with the people who he met when he was younger. I bet the victory was 10 times sweeter because of that.
Tom Brady : Man, it turns out that it's tough to find a great football organization like The Patriots, they even have a great corporate jargon like in "Do Your Job"
*Phone calls from Bruce Arians
Bruce Arians : Hey Tom, how about you join us The Buccaneers?, we have a solid defense and receiving corps, i'm sure you'll like it here
Tom Brady : Do The Buccaneers have corporate jargon?
Bruce Arians : yes we have, it's "No Risk It, No Biscuit"
Tom Brady : You MFer I'm in
@@patarcher9199 It's pretty cringe, and the word he's looking for is slogan/motto, not jargon.
Congratulations to Coach Arians!!
Miss this man on the Cardinals😢
@@imin3839 Wasn't his health the reason why he had retire? Unless I'm missing something I don't think there was bad blood between him and Arizona
I was mad when the Steelers fired him as O.C. Dumb move. He has been nothing but successful. Steeler fans after any loss "Fire Arians" not taking in the fact Lebeau was the problem as the game left him behind. I'm so happy for Arians
The part of him having been fired and having to move at Christmas so many times and yet he is such a loyal guy. He proves that football doesn't have to be a soul-less sport.
Tom's daughter screaming "Dad nooo!" when he throws the trophy.
Bruce Biscuits is born
Love Bruce. Coaches old fashion, and with balls.
Came across as a great guy in All or Nothing. Happy he finally got his ring
2:56 now I see why Tom had so many interceptions😂
40 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions
threw 3.33 times as many touchdown passes as interceptions
career in regular season
585 touchdown passes and 193 interceptions
threw 3.03 times as many touchdowns as interceptions
"I wish I could use the F word in here" - proceeds to use the F word
“It’s gonna be all or nothing” haha reminds me of how I was introduced to BA
Tom Brady is his own quarterback whisperer!
The respect he has for Brady, bill never had…
This is true. Belichek is a dinosaur and can’t get over himself. Glad Tom went to Tampa and made Belichek eat it. Look Bill, I’ve got another ring.
Exactly. Belicheck and Kraft treated him like he was disposable. Disgraceful.
I love how after Bowles got fired he gave him a job as a coordinator in Tampa. Man Bruce is loyal
Bruce Arians is anything but loyal he promised Winston that he would be the Buccaneers franchise QB but where is Winston now?
@@kulden4016 Bucco Bruce: Well, the Pats offered Tom Brady on a silver platter. I couldn't turn down Brady.
Bruce doesn't get enough credits for the bucs success
tom brady put so many coaches into the hall of fame
Lol okay his resume was impressive before Brady. All of Bradys coaches turned out to be bums. The only one that will make the HOF is BB.
RESPECT
Funny I remember when this man said I’m retiring just for him to go to the buccaneers
Lol Jamies went back to his ways
God bless this man and his family this man reminds me of Greg Pop as in he doesn’t see color he doesn’t see gender he sees people. From tiki and ronde and kids to all of of are African American coordinators and coaches to the women we have on our staff in Tampa this man is just all around a great human being. Besides the fact that he is a qb whisperer he has drafted arguably the best safety’s in the nfl in The honey bager,Buddha baker, and Antoine Winfield jr this man will go beyond football 🏈 he’s a players coach thank you Bruce you are a real one. So glad he came out of retirement! He’s firm but fair honest and true and I think if there were more people in the world like him the world would be a far better place
If your wondering what I mean about ronde and tiki there dad nee Bruce tiki was in and out of the hospital as a kid so ronde was always with Bruce and his wife as a kid now he has Goodwin, Bowles, Leftwich, and Armstrong. This is truly a good man that don’t see gender or color. We can all learn something from this man
I love the Narrator! Good Job as always NFL Films! Keep it up
There seems to be a lot of “Quarterback whispers” these days.
Tom made every body looks like a God, until he left them, just check Bill Bellicheck, we knows who is true GOAT 🐐 now.
Him on the Steelers 😈😈💛💛💛🖤🖤🖤🖤
Where's the rest of the video?
I prefer cookies to biscuits.
this is so good where is the other 52 minutes
1:05 "DAD NO!"
Byron in 2008 Steelers had a great defense so they didn’t need to score like crazy.
Patriots are nothing without Brady.....
So what excuse are you gonna make whenever Belichek wins another Super Bowl? Let me guess..."he cheated"
@@IamJdTrent
I'm not gonna say anything...because its never going to happen..patriots days of winning superbowls are over. No Brady, no chance.
@@1986-r2c I understand. We all have our own opinions. I've always been more of a Belichek fan than a Brady fan...so that's why I feel the way I do. I respect your opinion though. To be honest, the Patriots have NEVER been my favorite team. I'm from Tennessee and I used to HATE watching them beat Peyton Manning's teams almost every year.
@@IamJdTrent
-Bill Belichick as a head coach is 61 wins to 72 losses with any other starting QB than Tom Brady.
-Bill has 219 wins to 64 losses with Brady as the starting QB.
-Brady moved to the Bucs who had the worst winning percentage(.387) of any active team in US sports including the NFL, NBA, MLB & NHL. Brady is 15-5 without Bill, a Super Bowl champion and a SB MVP.
-Bill is a phenomenal defensive mind and a perfectionist but Brady was the X factor of that dynasty’s success.
@@theswullnasty3353 Why are u @ing me with this? I never said anything bad about Brady...just that I was more of a fan of Bill.
Sorry, but the "Quarterback Whisperer" is Andy Reid.
take away mahomes, who came into the league already good, what has andy reid done?
Hell of a story
Over time, Bruce's quarterback philosophy was no longer considered Arians' heresy and now he's regarded as a modern day Athanasius. In other words, "no fling it, no trinket."
But keep in mind Winston threw the most passing yards in 2016 breaking a franchise record. People seem to forget that. 💯
Bruce coached a punter into a quarterback at temple
No risk it no biscuit without brady
John Gruden asking where BA was from no idea where he was headed now BA is a reigning SB head coach and John is...
"The quarterback whisperer???". Wasn't he the head coach of the BUCS the year before?.... I don't recall his Quarterback dominating that year...."FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!!"
that year he have Jameis Winston as a QB 😂😂😂.
He revive Carson Palmer. so i think that title is fit to Arians
Tell this to the Packers
I guaran damn tee Bruce Arians wouldn't have won that super bowl without the G.O.A.T Tom Brady. Because if he chose to sign with another team instead of the Bucs and B.A was stuck with Crablegs Winsnone for another season that would've mean no winning record, no playoffs, and no superbowl ring. So, B.A owes Tom Brady the biggest thank you ever because he's the only reason why he can call himself a superbowl winning head coach and potentially a future candidate for the hall of fame. GO BUCS!
That female coach lied on the application. That’s a dude lol
Sounds like zach wilson should head down there after jets.
No risked got 30int
temple wants to see him get another
Tampa bay winning a Super Bowl with New England’s sloppy seconds
Ummm yeah if you read his book you would know this
Tom brady making another coach look good. Like the Peyton Manning-Adam gase situation
Hi.
So basically how to save your job and team is to sign Tom Brady.
Quarterback whisperer he literally has Brady he didn’t have to do anything
dunno if id call him a qb whisperer. he wasnt that great until Brady walked in. name a qb he fixed..... ill wait
Lol did you even watch the video? Jesus Christ. You came straight to the comments with that Ignorant comment. Get the fook out of here.
Hows that modow go if your on a losing team?FIRED!!!
No, it's "you gotta risk it for the biscuit".
brady is much productive on bruce arians
Too bad Robby Anderson isn't playing in Tampa he is a Temple alum
So Bruce coached Peyton Manning to a 28 INT season, then coached Jameis to a 30 INT season, and finally Brady said "coach that's not the way to do it. Sounds like Sean Payton fixed Jameis.
I imagine it helps to not have to squint to see which team that blob down the field plays for.
For real, the dudes worked with legends and they act like he’s some QB whisperer. Hell the bucs offense was a pure disaster until Brady put his foot down. He’s good at finding personnel but that’s it

Jameis would have games like that all the time in TB throughout the season, he just also had the other games...

Why isn't tom Brady in the running for MVP. Google did not give me a response.
So stupid of my bears not hiring him back in 12
But some reason he still isn't better than Mahomes.
This team is 2nd favorite to win SB 56.. what in the world are ppl watching. Enjoy this and #TakeTheBlindersOff

After watching this short documentary if you still blame Winston for that 30ints season you clearly just don't like Winston
With out Brady this coach would not win aSB
Well, that last name is just… unfortunate.
