Pledis picks visuals and then they train them. Most of them got street cast from Pledis and they never even asked if they could sing. Baekho and Nu'est debuted when 4 of them were 16 and one was 18. I suggest looking at their debut video Face. Then look at Overcome and now their new video Dejavu. You will see there are NO visual holes in that group. They are all models and 3 are actors as well. They even starred in a Japanese movie. Baekho is also a writer, composer, producer, and vocal director. he is doing this and he is still very young. Overcome and Dejavu was written by the Nu'est members. Baekho and JR wrote the lyrics to Dejavu and Baekho composed the song.
