I WAS TRYING TO FIND THE NAME SO I TYPED, GOKU HUNGRY AND I SAW GOKU FROM SAIYUKI, IR WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH EASIER IF IT WASNT FOR DRAGON BALL, the opening is as catchy as ever, I remember that the girl with blue hair and pony tails was my first anime crush
i feel bad for goku because all of his friends died in the first part he felt so alone but they erased all of his memories so he does not remember much just his name its sad its nice that he's happy now .
That was from Saiyuki Gaiden ova story before the original Goku was in a Rock prison in the mountains for 500 years while his pals from the heavens died Konzen - Tenpou - Kenren were reincarnated 1 Douji Konzen became a Priest named Genjou Sanzo 2 Feild marshal Tenpou turned into a teacher named Cho Hakkai (Gouno) 3 General Kenren turned into a gambler/smoker dude named Sha Gojyo Meanwhile Goku was still inside his rock prison while he was growing just a little of age from his life (He kind of grew a little bit) Then after 500 years past Genjou Sanzo appears before Goku and takes him with him on their journey and he's no longer alone anymore
