We had a 1st gen Echo in our master bathroom for listening to music in the morning ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxABghAEkaIDGZfHRBH3D3rBrlraNmnC71 and while in the shower. I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.
*I use this as a sound bar as it’s primary purpose and it honestly sounds amazing **Newest.Technology** . Better than my Samsung sound bar I have. The Dolby Atmos is really impressive on select movies.*
I wanted to know if it has a digital audio output in case I do not want to use the provided speaker system, if I want to use it just as blu ray player and send the audio to an external soundbar that has it own set of speakers and channel configuration. for example the soundbar has HDMI and Optical inputs for audio, this player has an HDMI output that is supposed to be connected to the TV for the video, but I am not sure if I can connect just the audio to an external soundbar. Thanks.
Hey mate can you tell me how strong the bass is in this system?, Other question, can I connect my PC to this home theater and get 5.1 watching a movie?
I want to buy one for my room, but I have a record player and some other things I’d like to play on the speakers. Could I run these through a selector box, say an old amp I don’t use anymore, and put the audio out from this into the main unit here?
hi there i bought this home theater recently , all i can hear is only the front two speakers and the sub woofer. May i know how to configure it so that i can activate my surround speakers.??
The audio from the TV may be bad. Having it connected directly from the source the audio's coming from. Then you need to make sure that the audio settings are set on surround.
Microphones have a hard time with lower frequencies. It is too loud for them and so naturally lowers the volume and the low frequencies block out other sounds.
Harry Booker yeah I think it's worth it. I've had it for a couple years now and it kicks butt. If you can find a newer model, that would be good. It's just a few years old now and it's operating system is slow but works, it's great for just inputs. If you need anything else or help, just let me know.
@@AwesomeKing27 Thanks for the reply. There's a model like this but with two tall speakers and with higher sound output, but I think that model will be too much for my room. Think I'll stick to this model. I'll definitely be getting this for Christmas then.
No problem. Yeah I understand that, I didn't need taller speakers. There is a newer model of this thats the same just newer. www.sony.com/electronics/all-in-one-home-cinema-systems/bdv-e3100 there's the link if you're interested.
This sound system is a full home theater surround sound system. It is much louder but doesn't sound as clear as my Edifier's. The Edifiers are better if you want clearer sound for your pc while this system is loud and meant for an entertainment setup.
robbie Sharp If you are talking the entire blueray unit then yeah you can find a replacement onll eBay without the speakers probably. If you're referring to just the disc drive then that may be hard. You will have to find the exact replacement or one that fits and works with Sony software. Those will be hard to find considering those don't get sold separately. Then open it up and swap them.
Denger Balaji As of sound quality, it's hard for me to say without having the Lg one, but the Sony is more powerful with 1000 watts over the Lg's 330 watts. There may be some different features too but just look up some reviews on the Lg and see how it sounds and what the features are.
@@erwannleligerien3771 i think that too, i had lg home cinema which had 850w and it was so much louder and bass was stronger i was so disappointed when i bought this home cinema sony e2100...but lg was much older and it didn't have HDMI ARC and some other functions.

Finally a channel that explain in english 😶
Just a human beings I feel ya. A lot of these Sony products and other lower end stuff are done in Spanish or something
how am i supposed to understand if the sound is good when it's limited by the sound system (headphones in this case) that i'm using right now.
Can only hear it with good headphones. Idk which you have.

Landie Man Yes. The main unit accepts RCA and Optical Audio so if your selector box outputs that then it should work.
SilverRN thanks man. I bought one In the end, nice piece of kit. The records need to go through an amplifier first but apart from that it’s great
The HDMI ARC is only Out, not IN?, It only have the Optical In?
Yes, and it has optical and rca input, along with the option to connect bluetooth and usb

Yo SOLUTION. Press the football Button on the remote! Goodluck
update the system...my surround system is working on any media
Does your tv get cloudy white patches where it should be black.
Hi do u think the bdv e 6100 it's better, thinking of getting that?
Is this a good system for movie's and playing games on ps4 / Xbox one ?
Why is the subwoofer so quiet?
Microphones have a hard time with lower frequencies. It is too loud for them and so naturally lowers the volume and the low frequencies block out other sounds.
It also has setting based on the db and the distance from listening area and the placement makes a difference
Hi Silvertech, is the subwoofer has settings menu to adjust the volume/level of base?
can i take out the bluray player and buy a 4k player and add that

Is there any big difference between this and the Yamaha BRX-610 or the Yamaha RX-V440RDS?
I believe the Yamaha systems do not come with actual speakers. They're just amplifiers to power a separate set of speakers
Is it possible to play 4k disc's?
Hi, mate, quick question, I have a Sony 4k player with bluetooth, can I connect this system to it?
RICHY8791 You should be able to. Check to see if your player has a optical audio or RCA audio out and let me know.
Can this player play 4k video ?
What is the model of the console? I'm trying to find one. I got everything else as a gift but I need a console.

Can I connect speakers to a PC?
How did you mount the speakers on the wall?
Joris I just put nails in the walls and hung them on that. Sorry for not seeing this I don't check often.
what is the length of the cables of back speakers?
they are pretty short but you can cut them and extend them with speaker wire. i have done on mine and it hasnt effected the sound at all.
