Worry. Stress. Anxious thoughts about the day-to-day matters of life. These are things that most of us are likely familiar with. Helen was a woman in her 20s dealing with these everyday realities when God sent a song into her heart. She wrote it down and it has become a much-loved and incredibly helpful song for many people around the world. In this episode, Helen joins Kathy and Milenko to talk about the song, why it has such an impact, and why we have no reason to be anxious about the future!

Always brings tears to my eyes. This song describes what should be my aim. Just today. I realise that I lack the faith to trust in him. May God give me the grace. David has written so many songs/ psalms, they were all were fight of faith.
Here in the Church in Mumbai with many children, she used work and peaceful and she was singing constantly.

This was first time i herd this and my faith rely resonans whith my faith of living crist and crist has teatced me 10v ... beatyfull anxity is my bourden too.. god brovids the birds so what he whill want to give to you.. hevier the leson those are the most important to you.. itcant be teatced you have to want his hope and Light and you find him teatch your self and he opens your hart for Light and truth!! So shall it be
