BTS are kinda busy right now. And managing or marketing Hybe is not their job anyway. Hybe is not all about BTS. They have many labels and groups now to be more independent from BTS' success. It would be nice if this conflict could be resolved without involving BTS in it but that's not how things work in Kpop. Being the no. 1 group has a price. People will talk about them whenever it's convenient. BTS always had to deal with cloutchasers since they started to blow up internationally in 2017. And as a Kpop group you have haters as soon as you debut.

I don't understand, how is Hybe responsible for ugly media spin against BTS? We know who is behind this spin. It is definitely not Hybe. I don't think that Hybe "enjoys" this current situation with MHJ. There is orchestrated dirty media campaign going on against Hybe, and since BTS is biggest Hybe's brand, BTS is attacked to hurt Hybe. So why are Armies attacking Hybe? I don't get it. I really don't think it's ARMYs. I'm convince that is MHJ doing. Maybe not personally but she has hand in it. Thank you for saying this. BTS built up Hybe to where it is now, and just because Hybe is not telling all doesn't mean that they don't have cards - it just means they can't reveal them now until the right time. No good giving away all the good cards. BTS asked us to trust them. Hybe is doing much more behind the scenes than we know about.
I think you are right. It’s difficult to stay calm right now because of all the chaos happening, and I am personally a bit lost, but we should remember to not react too quickly when we don’t know the whole picture. I trust BTS and their decision to renew their contracts with Hybe. They must know better than us.

To be honest, Hybe needs to learn to do better before BTS comes back as a group (at least if they want to harvest the full Army power & hype for their next comeback and tour). They can't just rely on Armys loyalty to the company. Even Taehyung made fun of the company for trying to monetize everything in his Insta live with Jungkook ("Can we make money with it?"). The artist is not the company's child and the company is not a cult, right? It's a business. Businesses need to be criticised not glorified. When their current contracts end, the BTS members might do the same thing as the Blackpink members and sign with different companies for their solo work while still staying under BigHit as a group. I'm not saying that they should do it and it doesn't seem necessary at the moment BUT they also shouldn't feel obligated to stay with BigHit/Hybe in every way possible for the rest of their career just for the sake of loyalty.

I'm an ARMY from Hungary. I suppose that anties try to use BTS in this controversy. Most likely they want to buy HYBE shares cheaper. I don't really care with business, but stay with BTS no matter what. Personally I think ARMY should calm down and don't make it a bigger deal, than it is. Let's concentrate to J-Hope and Namjoon's new albums, and keep the boys in our prayers.

There seems to be a lot of unclear information floating around. BTS started as an underdog and is always an easy target. We international Armys need to be very cautious in sharing information on social media. Unless we are absolutely certain of a piece of information, we should not easily share it and be emotional about it. Our boys are smart and they will not be manipulated. So we should not as well.
Do they really think Hybe is sitting drinking tea, twiddling their thumbs and doing nothing? They gave out a statement, they hired a seperate law firm just for BTS, be happy with that. I find it incredible how in the last 2 years there have been constant rumours about BTS and HYBE and more so recently. But what does the public and media do? Do they wait for all the information to come out and report on the facts - no! They victim blame! And it's not just about this it's about any accusation towards anyone remotely big. They blame the accused 'Where's your proof you didn't do these things!'

As a Korean citizen, it is a principle for Korean state agencies to investigate complaints before evaluating the value of them. Unfortunately, civil servants only worked hard. You do understand that no action is actually being undertaken, that though there is a petition the Government are not investigating when you look closer into it, but some media cleverly wrote articles to imply that action was being taken but it isn't.
It was also clearly released by HYBE that part of the evidence found against MJH included details of a smear campaign targeting BTS & HYBE beginningin May!! HYBE have also announced they have employed additional legal firms to fight the malicious rumours being spread about BTS & HYBE and have advised they have a Team monitoring social media and will be taking action.

To harm HYBE is to harm BTS so true ARMY would not harm BTS or HYBE. We have no reason to believe at this time that HYBE is the problem, but we have EVERY reason to believe that MHJ is and that this is being used to take our focus away from her. ARMY does NOT support any split; it's well known among the fandom (k & i-side) that the contract decisions are not our business; they are BTS'. This report shows the overlap of some solo stans demanding absurd things. It's not black and white. Let's not take any report for facts given the known stance of the fandom. There'll be a loud minority of akgaes, and they don't in any form or shape represent anything - just delusional individuals. Reports should also show how a 7-year-old song dominated WW and EU iTunes charts for 2 days and focus on the support and not the awful rumors and solo stans. Before anything else, the root of all the controversies lies in Hybe's lack of explanation. Regarding the chart manipulation, simply denying that Hybe engaged in such practices is not a sufficient explanation, especially since the court ruling has been discovered. Unfortunately, that ruling implies the possibility that Big Hit actually paid money to the coercive party, so in order for the boys not to be tainted by Hybe's wrongdoing, Hybe needs to clearly disclose what marketing they have done and provide detailed legal explanations.

I see what you mean: Hybe using 'BTS' instead of 'we' is a way to have ARMY defend Hybe instead of explaining the reason for the court ruling. It isn't HYBE... it was clearly released by HYBE that part of the evidence found against MJH included details of a smear campaign targeting BTS & HYBE beginning in May!! HYBE also announced they have employed additional legal firms to fight the malicious rumours being spread about BTS & HYBE and have advised they have a Team monitoring social media and will be taking action.
Further though a petition has been raised, when you look into it the Government is not investigating BTS at all, but some cleverly written media reports imply that they are, all part of the campaign.
