I laughed my ass off. I can’t believe Gosling didn’t make you laugh. Some of the non Gosling related laughs came from things that correlated to the actual toys and actions you would do when playing Barbies.

What a great speech! I definitely relate to Billie when my life I fed up with my life and feeling my whole life I’d been unhappy. Putting my faith in God is what helped me and might help you if you’re open to it. If not, maybe its not the right time. I had to be at my lowest to truly know that God exists and what he did for all of us to give us eternal life.
If you ever find yourself in existential crisis like did as I was transitioned to adulthood and don’t know what else to do, call on God and he will answer. And be persistent in your prayers to Him. Ask Him the all questions you have and leave nothing left unsaid. Be open and honest. He will answer. He answered mine through dreams.
I was unhappy with my life and life just seemed pointless. I often thought “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life” and “ the world I live in sucks and nothing brings true fulfillment”. I didn’t know what else to do but to call on God and just pray because I was tired of the life I’d been living. I delt with a lot of sleep paralysis at the time too and these demons would torment me. I’m still on my journey with God and it by no means has been just sunshine and rainbows. There’s up and downs but he gives me hope and comfort. Much more than any pill, mindless scrolling, and coping skills can ever give me. Try even if you don’t believe, what do you have to lose? ❤

“What Was I Made For?” was alright. It’s not bad. It’s a good song, but it was very depressing and sad for me. I know it fits well for Barbie, because it shows Barbie wishes to be human even though she knows we don’t live forever, but it really didn’t have to be played again during the end credits
It was perfect that it played at the end as they rolled credits on home movies of the crew. Achingly beautiful.
