    I am still thinking of buying the thermomix TM6. Never had one and want to try. Watching your amazing videos make me want to definitely buy it and try all the recipes!!!! I love all your videos!

    It's lovely and helpful video, just got one advice. Cling film shouldn't be baked, in general, as it can melt and contaminate food. But maybe you've got some special cling film ;)

    Please please please can you help with thermomix keto receives as cancer has put us in the keto diet and would love some help with cooking in my thermomix with almond flour coconut flour etc love your video as but cannot eat anything ahhhhhhhhh

    Very useful and well presented, but this is simply not short crust pastry. This is sweet crust. Do you have a short crust video too? Not sure this would make a nice meat pie.

    Sweet -> salty crust: -> simply leave the sugar&vanilla&… out of the ingredients; but ANY dough needs a ‘pinch of salt’ (1/2->1 ts depending of flour qty) for taste …
    Better than the ‘standard’ TM5/6 recipe ?
    Ingredients:
    - 150 gr flower (T55 -> plain T65)
    - 75 gr (cold) unsalted butter in cubes
    - 1/2 ts (cosher) salt
    - 50 gr liquid [(cold) water -> plain milk]
    Mix 20’’ S4 (i.s.o. 1’ in ‘dough mode’ ?)
