Early 2000s Columbia (and AMF) balls used a lot of Flexell cover variants, and loved using dual flip blocks. A ton of great stuff from them back the. The Reaction Ricochet and Reaction Rev were very popular around 2001-2002.
@@LaneSideReviews the 869 came with a pin down below the index finger layout. No balance hole. I'm not sure what layouts I'm go on with on the two I order but I am keeping one at box and one at 2k if I go with same layout.
Good stuff guys! I'm telling you Columbia 300 is a sleeper of the B7 brands. They just keep putting out good stuff. You can make an awesome 3 ball arsenal with their stuff and be quite happy. Thanks I always enjoy your reviews.
Question. On a recent video one of you were talking about short pin layouts have become popular. I just got on for The One Reverb w a 2 inch short pin. Any other suggestions from the B7 rocks. I have the Trailblzer Solid and Zig Zag Hybrid short pinned also. Suggestions? Any of the new rocks? . 1 hander med revs and med to slow speed. Thanks.
@@spencerrobinson438 very different. Ricochet is extra clean and symmetrical. The no doubt is earlier and much stronger post drilling. The no doubt is almost a ball up, where the ricochet is a late hook ball.
@@spencerrobinson438 Rob and Nick would put this in the bag. Nick did. RJ is on the fence because it would go in the same place his ONE reverb is in his bag, which is a tough choice.

I knew that AMF did, but I thought Columbia was more known for their crazy core puck technology back then.
I mean how can I not be excited to see this release! I shot 300-300-269 with the OG back in 2004. I'm getting two.
I would too! That's an incredible score!!

Thank you!
@LaneSideReviews your welcome
Layouts do matter!!!
Always will, especially for the extreme ends of styles (speed dominant or Rev dominant)!!
That has to be one of the funniest Thumbnails ever! 🤘🏻😈🤘🏻 if ya smell what im cooking 🧐
@@J0e_Weee oh we smell it. Lol
Probably the ball is as mid as the wrestler lol
@TheHabstrick 😂 tell us how you feel about Prince Puma! 😂
It seems like that C300 only produces rereleases of balls with the same name plates. Neat I guess.
@@BNeault if it ain't broke, don't fix it?

@BNeault Zig Zag solid is a really, really good one.

How close is this to the no doubt from radical?

Reaction Ricochet Rebound is more flexible.
Good to know!!
Would rob keep this one in the bag?

@LaneSideReviews even though one a asm compared to sym
@spencerrobinson438 Rob has it at 4000k, and redrilled it short pin. That's why he's still on the fence; he's got an asym doing the job of a sym.
