The first thing I told my friend to do was delete and reinstall. It still freezes without network connection every time she opens Lyft specifically. Is the Lyft app no longer compatible with older iPhones (2017 or earlier), please?
I have the same problem and wonder sometimes if I delete Uber what will happen. lol May be some software shenanigans going on.

Lyft keeps asking for me to confirm some information before I can continue. Add new payment method. I've added several repaid gift cards. I've never used banking information. I updated app deleted restored it still same popup appearing. Any solutions?

So I took Uber and it was$ 6 cheaper than Lyft. Just think if they had customer service that I , grandma could get solutions I'd be a valuable customer. I haven't gone anywhere by myself in about 5 years for not being able to navigate these apps . Think of all the customers my age being able to take themselves somewhere . Their loss. See ya Lyft
