I watch about every reaction videos of Missioned Souls and I never get tired of listening to their covers. For a young band they are exceptional and multi talented on many different instruments and at their age have room to grow and mature in music. Im surprised no major recording studio has not picked them up yet
yes once they all turn 21 they can play at every bar in Philippines for some decent income if needed...haha..if they play at this level, I don't know what they'll be capable of in a couple of years!!!
music industry here in the Philippines is so hard in terms of competition and standards, but what I'm sure is that Filipino Cover bands are all over the world on most top and high class Hotels/Cruise Ships/Bars.. etc... they are world class musicians.
Another musician reactor mentioned that they lowered the original tune from E to D to match their voices, which is no simple task. It's truly awe-inspiring how well these kids pulled it off! Incredible adaptability from the creators and outstanding talent and dedication from the performers. He also highlighted their family bonding and closeness, and how the parents did an amazing job raising these kids. Your comment about the family made me subscribe to your channel! Hard to believe you also react to the opposite spectrum of bands and drummers - - - I’ll definitely check out one of those during my crazy, chaotic spare time! 🤩

I’ve seen just about all the major Rock-groups in the 70’s and early 80’s; and Missioned Souls’ rock covers deliver that era’s nostalgicly for me. Cheers 🍻

YUP, the E-sting is purposely tuned lower like the original. It is not out of tune. That's the trick of this song. YOU SEE IT IS ON DROP "d" on an F AND PLAYED IN THE ORIGINAL FORMATION OF THE CHORD order. Here it is an E over a 4th formation of a G on the 9th fret. (E/G, B/G) The microphones are dynamic, except for 2 condenser mics (48V) used for the cymbals. Amazingly, they are recording in front of their small open-side patios. The black backdrop is a cloth covering the sides.
