Hey mate, tossing up to go for this or the Jam2 6.9. If im doing 80% rough trails and 20% bike park do you think im better to go with this or the Jam2? would love your input and ill be going a large being 98kgs.
@@SnowboardPowder hey mate! black diamond and double black diamond trails would be better on the SAM2 in my opinion. The JAM2 is great in the rough but a bit more of a do it all machine with a bit less travel. The SAM2 at speed is a stable and unreal machine to ride.
@@dstone2011 yeah watched some of your vids it looks awesome. Jam2 does look very capable but thinking of coil shock and suspension when needed is a plus for sam2. If you were only riding technical blue and blacks that were rocky and rooty with a lot of up and down which out of jam/sam would you go?
@@SnowboardPowder it’s a tough decision as the jam2 is a capable machine also. It’s a bit more nimble and poppy on the trail than the sam2 and also a little lighter. The Sam2 is faster on everything but pedally trails and flow trails. The extra travel and coil on the sam2 definitely lets you open it up more and the rear end tracks better than the jam2. If you want to go fast go for the sam2, if you want to play on the bike more go the jam2.
I get around 40-50km on turbo/race mode with 1500-1800m vert. Varies between those numbers depending on the terrain, soil type and steepness of the climbs. I’m 77kgs kitted up as well which helps me get decent kms.
Nice one man! I wish I had the race motor in my Sam2 6.9, but I’m still stoked as with it. Absolute weapon. 😎🤙
Cheers! Race motor is special but the standard Bosch motor is also amazing. Best e bike motor on the market in my opinion. Glad you love the sam2!

@ thanks mate. Appreciate the advice. Wise words
How many kms would you get out of the 750wh say if you were doing a Belair loop? And does it have the integrated stem? Cheers
