For me Son is one of those players you would go to a match just to watch him. I thought he was the main man at Spurs even when Kane was there. Such a fantastic player and great example to all players of how to conduct yourself.

Sometimes you just give the armband to the hardest working player on the pitch, then they don’t even need to be that vocal. If you’re captain, who’s been at the club the longest as well, is still the hardest worker then the rest will follow suit.

A winning mentality can come in many forms. But I get where Roy Keane is coming from, openly strong characters like he was for UTD are essential when building a successful side. The issue is with buying players, is that Man United did not have an overarching established playing style that they were working to. You cannot buy Sancho who is a link-up player and surround him with counter attacking players.

People this Man is born winner.I played with Ang at South Melbourne and I can tell you 1st hand he's always wanted to be a Manager. He's understanding of the game is A1 is knowledge of Football is at another level you can see how strong and successful he made Brisbane Roar were then taking over Melbourne victory it did the very same to them in such a short period. Great in Japan did wonders at Celtic playing some great football ans doing a fantastic job at Spurs considering the squad he has to work with.

The reason he left is because the Irish FA flew first class, while the team flew economy also the training facilities were very poor to say the least, he said at the time we are training in a carpark eating cheese sandwiches while the itialians are eating properly and has the right facilities, he was the captain so he had to do something, the problem was that the FA and management should have done better, so fair play to him .
