They re-edited the video so the background music isn’t as intrusive as it was when it first came out. You can now hear what he’s saying. Thanks for listening!
You need to stop recording audio in RH stereo mode. My issue for being RH side deaf but I'd like to have heard what you have to say. It was from a motorcycle accident many years ago. Thanks
It's a heavy bike, not a great deal less than a 1200/1250 GS if they both have 15 litres of fuel. And there is a lot more 1200/1250 (motor, drive shaft, tank material etc). Somewhat bewildering as to why not a greater difference. Has anyone weighed them to see if BMW are telling the truth i wonder. The great big 'catalytic converter' you refer to under the swing arm is in fact the 'muffler' with the Cat under the cover adjacent to the rear brake peddle. The can on the rear exhaust outlet is a 'resonator'. The BMW 850 parallel twin engines are imo, extremely noisy & sound unrefined. Improves once underway. Maybe BMW had to make the exhaust dB low to offset the engine noise. But the exhaust does have a nice bassy, mellow note when on the gas. The 850 GS is not perfect by a long shot, but compared to the 1200/1250 GS it is a great bike to ride, with character and a better sound (exhaust) and it lacks many features i miss from the 1200/1250 GS. Better for riding off-road, not quite as good on-road due to the 21" front wheel. I don't want to go back to the bigger GS.
Test rode the bike... Quickshifter works perfectly.
Is my left ear def?
This is last week's episode.
Let’s talk Yamaha Ténéré 700.
Why this episode again???
What happened to the vs. episode that was uploaded then removed???
So what do you think of the Yamaha Tenere 700?
Wait, didn’t this video come out already??
Theyve lost it
Looks like a repeat of the video from a couple of days ago to me too

I call rubbish on the 40kg statement. BMW just messed up.

Why is he testing all of the nice bikes? Why not Mat. Love Mats videos

nope, no excuses 229kg is bad. That's heavier than my old 1981 CB900F.
A clutch CABLE on a 10 grand bike???!!!...
Because, it's adventure bike! Simpler, cheaper, there for easier to fix in wilderness ;)
I love it when the armchair video directors in the comments section put their two cents in.
My toilet doesn't have armrests I thank you very much.

Needs more annoying “music” and dumb staging.
