    Here's the best price I can find for Transparent Labs Bulk: feastgood.com/recommends/transparentlabs-bulk-pre-workout/
    This is an affiliate link. Feel free to use it or don't. There's no extra cost to you. It simply helps me purchase more product to review for the channel.
    Also, it's important to mention, an affiliate link is NOT a sponsored link. I paid for this product 100% with my own money and reviewed it independently. I have never received any financial compensation from manufacturers for reviews. Companies never know that I'm reviewing their products before a video gets published.
    It makes no difference to me whether I love or hate the product, I simply tell you my candid opinion.
    So while I can receive commissions for referring sales to products, if you end up being disappointed with my recommendation and don’t come back to the channel, I lose my audience trust. This is why I always set a very high standard for my review process, and constantly strive to provide the best, most honest, and most helpful information.

    Granted this is The first pre-work I ever used, But the effects are astonishing. It just puts you in a different gear. I've made huge gains and it's just that extra 10 to 15% I'm able to do at the gym very early in the morning. Zero jittery effects and I'm very sensitive to caffeine.

      VERY happy to hear this. I'm the same way, usually very sensitive to caffeine, and I don't get any jitteriness from Bulk. It's a smooth energy. Happy for your gains 😎

    Ive been taking black bulk recently. I really like it. I'm not a big weightlifter, but I play soccer and do a lot of body exercises like pushups, planks, free weights. It has a warming effect on me for a bit after I take it. But it's not a bad feeling, I just feel more heated.

    Love the pre review and the pre workout. But don't like the fact that the preworkout is 8g of citruline malate 2:1 and not just 8 gram of l-citruline. So technically you're only getting 5 and a bit gram of pure l-citruline (undergoes) and almost 3 grams of manic acid. There's study that shows that it's better to take at least 6 grams preferably 8-10 grams of citruline for the effect to work. Love Transparent Lab but they honestly should've separated l-citruline and malic acids to be more transparent. Other than that great formula.

      @feast_good  11 днів тому +1

      Thanks, man. Appreciate that. Also, regarding the citrulline malate, I've addressed this in other articles/videos. It's still a clinically effective dose no matter how you slice it.

    Gorgeous review. Can I use it every day or 6x per week with those 200mg of caffeine (I don't drink coffee or soda)? Or it's better for daily stim-free?

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  8 місяців тому +3

      If you're training 6 days per week, then 100% yes. The 200mg of caffeine isn't a high amount compared with other pre-workouts on the market. You can find other pre-workouts with 300-400mg of caffeine. But honestly, I don't need that much caffeine for my workouts, plus I like to consume other caffeine sources throughout the day other than pre-workout. Not sure if that answers your question.

      1 & 2: I didn't experience any side effects after testing it for around one month. If you want to learn more about the ingredients and what they do, I encourage you to read the article: feastgood.com/transparent-labs-bulk-review/. If you want to know if something is safe or not given your personal medical history, you should speak with your doctor. One of the things that I love about Transparent Labs though is that you can look up the exact lab results for your specific bottle on the website after you buy it. So you know exactly what's inside (which isn't the case for other pre-workouts).
      3. Caffeine has been shown to lose effects over time, i.e. you develop a tolerance to it. This isn't unique to Transparent Labs Bulk though, but something you need to be aware of when it comes to caffeine generally. I don't recall reading any research as it relates to developing a tolerance for any of the other ingredients.

    I usually make my own preworkouts from raw ingredients. Just think of all the effective scientifically proven ingredients turned up to a thousand. The problem is, the companies who sell raw ingredients seem to not give the best quality. I bought about 10 different ingredients from bulk supplements to create the most overpowered preworkout so I could maximize gains from each workout. I noticed my workouts were not noticeably great even though everything is dosed properly or slightly over…creatine mono, citrulline, agmatine, beet root powder, Theanine, tyrosine, alpha gpc, taurine, beta alanine, betaine, hmb, glutamine, bcaas, eaas, and of course caffeine. I still had crap workouts. I finally broke down and bought a preworkout from GNC and holy shit the difference was night and day. I’ve always been interested in transparent labs bulk because it’s the closest thing to what I made myself, except they probably got higher quality raw ingredients than the average person buying raw.

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  2 місяці тому

      That's interesting. I made a video about making your own pre-workout and I bought all the ingredients from Bulk Supplements and didn't find I had any issues with the quality. Were you weighing out the ingredients properly? But yes, Transparent Labs Bulk is awesome. If you're looking for a bit more caffeine, go with Bulk Black. I'm releasing a video about that next week.

      @@feast_good oh yeah, I have several sets of measuring spoons for doling out dosages. I used to make 10 servings at a time and put them in a big jug, but I was worried about possibly not evenly mixing it. I know it’s dumb, so then I would individually add every single ingredient every workout. Most ingredients call for between 1/4 tsp - 1 tsp per serving, except the pump/vasodilator ingredients which call for way more, so I’d always be on the higher side of everything. I’m talking like 8 grams citrulline, 4 grams beet root, 2 grams agmatine, 1 gram Theanine, 1 gram tyrosine, 1 gram taurine, 1.5 grams hmb, 4 grams beta alanine, 3 grams betaine, etc etc. Basically everything overpowered. The only one I would do exact dosage was ashwaghanda, for obvious mental reasons.

      @feast_good  2 місяці тому

    Can you advise if it is possible to mix the pre-workout the night before and hold it in the fridge overnight for use in the morning?
    Just want to know if it affects the function in any way. The reason I’d want to do this is to save time on mixing in the morning.

    Hey so im trying to bulk , should i use this or the mass gainer they got?

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  10 місяців тому

      Transparent Labs "Mass Gainer" and "Bulk Pre-Workout" are very different products.
      The "Mass Gainer" is to help you get additional calories in your diet. Get the mass gainer if you really struggle with achieving your calorie surplus from food, since you get 750 calories per serving. Once you've figured out your maintenance calories, you only really need a 10-20% surplus. If you can get that from food, then skip the mass gainer. Some can, some can't, so you'll have to assess your ability to hit your surplus consistently. However, you may still want a protein supplement, as the next important target to hit after your calorie surplus when bulking is your daily protein goal. So having a whey protein on hand is helpful for that. You can check out my review of their whey protein here feastgood.com/transparent-labs-whey-protein-review/. But you don't need both mass gainer and whey protein. Only get the mass gainer if you can't hit your calorie surplus from food. If you can, then get the whey protein.
      As for Bulk Pre-Workout, the goal of this product isn't to get extra calories or protein but to ensure you're maximizing your workout performance. I.e. increasing energy, focus, strength, recovery, etc. If you want a list of the ingredients in Bulk Pre-Workout, then go to my article and scroll down to "ingredients" (feastgood.com/transparent-labs-bulk-review/). It's an impressive formula and if you're in the market for a pre-workout, I highly recommend it. With that said, you WILL NOT gain muscle by just taking Bulk Pre-Workout. You need to prioritize your calorie surplus and protein goal before adding a pre-workout.

    Kinda worried about the use of silicon dioxide

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  5 місяців тому

      Those silicon packets are inside virtually every pre-workout. It's standard across the industry. The packets are needed otherwise the pre-workout would arrive hard and clumpy. If you're worried about them for whatever reason, you should try making your own pre-workout. I just released a video explaining how to make your own DIY pre-workout formulas: ua-cam.com/video/bGe9rzGz5hU/v-deo.html. If you have any questions after watching that video, comment on that video and I'll answer them.

      @@feast_good I understand the packets ..but it's labeled as part of the ingredients. Didn't realize companies add the packet to the ingredient list... Must be an oversight on my part. Then on that note I'll agree this is a great product.

    I used Bulk Black for the 1st time yesterday; I felt like I could lift for hours and tested my 225 bench press limit ...rep range, endurance, and speed off chest from a pause. I did 35 reps and didn't feel a thing except out of breath like I would if I did aerobics .... I had to hold myself back some ...no pre has ever made my body and mind feel like this. I would say take it....but be careful because it will push your limits at least for me a 50-year-old male who has a very stressful job and is in the middle of a state move. This stuff will make newbie gains 💪 solid ...and warning don't dry scoop or double up on dose.

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  2 місяці тому

      Dude, 225 for 35 reps. Unreal. I actually just finished testing Bulk Black and am planning two videos: (1) a dedicated Bulk Black review, and (2) a separate video comparing Bulk Black with Bulk. Should be up within the next month or so. But ya, I felt GREAT on Bulk Black, too. It's not for everyone though.

      @@gregorybuttari8651 Sounds like a good demographic. People who take pre-workout though is a fairly narrow niche. It's not the first supplement I'd recommend to a newbie. I'd recommend whey protein and creatine first, and only after they've mastered their diet.
