Hi Evie, sweetie nail supply has these 3D gels that come in a tube by Jello Jello! They’re also non wipe and they might help you in your 3D designs in the future!❤
Also, I’ve noticed some nail artists use a brush dipped in alcohol to blend out their clouds 😊
