Just bought this, saw the title and thought that looks interesting, then as it was downloading saw the author name and thought "that name looks familiar, isn't that the UA-cam lady that does the Mars soil PhD thing?". And sure enough it is. Looking forward to bedtime to start reading it.

Hi Lucy. I read your novel around a week ago and I find it a really fresh feminine hard sci-fi. You don't often see all that sexy exoplanet geology combined with such a focus on interpersonal relationships and character development. Nou is an adorable protagonist and I really felt for her. Please write more books.
