- Souradipta is a dedicated person pursuing his final year of M.Tech in CSE from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He completed his B.Tech in CSE from Calcutta University. He secured an All India Rank of 447 in GATE CS(2021) in his third year of B.Tech. Then after one year, he secured an All India Rank of 102 in GATE CS(2022) in his final year of B.Tech. He is also an upcoming Embedded Software Engineer at Texas Instruments. His journey shows his consistency, his immense passion for Technology and Education and his 'never give up' attitude.

Is it a good idea to leave Iitb for iitm because iitm allows for internship and iitb does not?
This is a subjective question and all the pros and cons should be taken into account. I suggest you should talk to someone personally to get the right call. Besides IITB has a lot of benefits.

I just wanted to know what type of coding is required for internships in mtech, as the internship process starts from very beginning of the mtech we don't have any time to prepare for it .. from what type of coding, I mean, is it just DSA Leetcode thing or hands on knowledge on some tech stack like react nodejs like things. Can u plz reply it would be of great help!

Hii sir, i have got 197 rank in gate cse with 826 gate score what are my chances of getting iit Madras mtech with girls quota.
There is no girls quota for mtech . and sorry to say but with general category , I think your chances are slim for getting IITM .
@@souradiptachoudhuri4724 Reservation policy of iits -The seats are also of two pools - Gender-Neutral (80%) and Female-Only (20%). If a female fails to get her seat in Female-Only category, she gets admitted via the Gender-Neutral category of seats.
It's called supernumerary ( women quota )

So everyone has to start mtech proj right from mid July right? How does the people don't get internship get completed in Oct instead of Dec?
