I went almost 2 months no fap but I was edging which ended up giving me headaches all the time. The biggest benefit I got during that time was literally waking up early everyday full of energy but in terms of increased confidence and less anxiety, I didnt really notice a difference. This time around, im not going to edge at all and see if anything changes.
