- Touba is a city in central Senegal, part of Diourbel Region and Mbacké district. With a population of 529,176 in 2010, it is the second most populated Senegalese city after Dakar. It is the holy city of Mouridism and the burial place of its founder, Shaikh Ahmadou Bàmba Mbàcke

Dear bruh Sid...thanx much thanx much...thanx much...for this very spiritual/educational vid on TOUBA...I have seen other vids on the Great Mosque/Touba by Americans/French/British...most of their work is shoddy...this vid should be in all schools in Touba...one note...Touba is the 2d city of 🇸🇳...2d only to the capital DAKAR...2 million...Touba now has almost 1 million pop...up from 2500 in 1895...when Sheikh Bamba founded it...great job once again....bless us by giving us more of your great wisdom and inner strength...🙏🙌✊👀

Very interesting. I live next door in Gambia and our practices are quite different for the most part. I know a few of my colleagues who ascribe to these teachings but it is less than 1 percent.
Thanks for documenting about Touba during Magal! This is a great reference. Actually I'm a foreigner that got to visit Touba during Magal, it was really interesting and loved seeing the Senegalese local culture. Also loved the traditional outfits people wore!
Great video! These types of channels are great. I wanted to know more about Islam in Senegal and this helped a lot. Just real raw footage what is going on and nice narration, also Senegal seems like a beautiful place maybe 1 day I will be able to visit
