Hey Taylor, I love how you explain each step. I'm old enough to be your Mom, but I never wore much makeup. I'm getting more into it now and it's hard! You make it look so easy. You are a wonderful teacher. Thank you.
I watch Taylor's videos for several reasons. I admire the way she lives with her migraines, and I really enjoy her travel vlogs. Also, I watch to pick up tips for eye makeup because I want to up my game on that.
That said, keep in mind that this is a pretty elaborate routine with a lot of steps and products. For example, it may not be necessary to use facial primer, or eye primer either, if your moisturizer and sunscreen prep your skin well enough. Foundation or concealer can also work as eye primers. For those with oily skin, a mattifying primer may help; I can't say because I have very dry skin.
Also, you don't really have to use special undereye powder, highlighter, bronzer, contour, lip liner, blush topper (!) or false eyelashes. You can get a basic natural daytime look without these products. You also can just put one color of eye shadow on your lids, and that's what I do a lot of the time. Although when I do this, I also like to use a bone colored eye shadow under my brows, so I guess that's 2 colors!
As consumers, we need to remember the beauty industry pushes add on type products to boost their bottom line. One other thought: it isn't necessary to use department store brands. There are lots of decent drugstore products, and to be fair, Taylor does use them. I follow another influencer named Jen Phelps who mostly reviews drugstore products.

You're so spot on with the Haus Labs highlighter. I have hated every highlighter I've tried because of my mature skin texture! All other vitamin c serums break me out but this one. I also like that it harvests the tangy and it makes it 20x more potent and it doesnt spoil or turn like traditional vitamin c serums. I love mine. I went through my first ones quickly using 2 pumps. Just bought 2 more for the price of 1. Will be using only 1x a day 1 pump to make it last though. Thanks Taylor!

I tried these lashes in the natural style and I am obsessed! For every day I am literally sold with how easy. I just pop two on my outer corner after mascara and boom instant lash extensions. Super easy to take off and no glue!!! I dont plant to sleep in them because they are literally so easy to put on.

The kiss press on lashes are life!! I think the tips you stated would be my best practices as well. I like to mix the volume and natural and just do two clusters on each eye. If you take them off gently and put back in the package I have been able to get 2-3 wears from each cluster before the stickiness goes. As some one who has tried all the things to master lashes and failed, these are it for me. I personally would not sleep in them but a few of my coworkers have and they stayed on. i have worn for 10+ hours without issue.
Would try that serum but the insane amount of essential oils makes me say no for my sensitive skin .. I’m sure it smells good tho !

I love that primer but only with certain foundations. I tried using it under the Dior forever matte foundation and it peeled on me. You always look amazing. I can say that the Goodall does work. I'm about half way through the bottle and see a difference. (For reference, two months ago, I finished 7 months of accutane, been working on scarring and texture ever since.) I'm no influencer or anything but I can say the Goodall does help. (I took a break from it to use the sonage vit c serum) but I've been using Goodall again and prefer the goodall.

Hi Taylor! Great video! I would recommend Lashify if you’re interested in the under eye application of lashes! I have super sensitive eyes and am allergic to eyelash extensions due to the adhesive but Lashify is made with ingredients for sensitive eyes. Can’t wait to try some of your recommendations here!!!

Just fyi for anyone curious... that's not actual vitamin c (L Ascorbic acid) therefore the results are not coming from vit c but from the other ingredients.. If it improves your skin that's awesome! But don't give vit. c the credit ; )
