In today's stop motion video, we're back in San Myshuno - in the 19 Culpepper House Apartment!
We can now finally change the windows of the apartments in San Myshuno and I have converted the 19 Culpepper House into a Modern Apartment.
This great apartment has modern furnishings and a beautiful open kitchen. Adjacent to it is the dining area and a living room with a large TV and plenty of seating. There is a guest toilet and a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom. Let your Sims move into this beautiful apartment at 19 Culpepper House in San Myshuno today!

Wir können nun endlich die Fenster der Apartments in San Myshuno verändern und ich habe das 19 Culpepper House in ein Modern Apartment umgebaut.
Dieses tolle Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine schöne, offene Küche. Daran angrenzend befindet sich der Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer mit grossem Fernseher und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Gästetoilette und einen Masterbedroom mit grosszügigem Badezimmer. Lass deine Sims noch heute in dieses wunderschöne Apartment im 19 Culpepper House in San Myshuno einziehen!

I really like this one with the usable balcony but it has the trait "needs TLC" which is kinda annoying. But I really like the layout of this apartment.

Thank you! ❤ Yes, it's kinda hard because of the "needs TLC" trait. If you use T.O.O.L mod you can remove all the things that cause the problems.
