    This guy can be a playoff monster 4-5 years into his career only having to score 15-18 points MAX. Whatever team he plays for too. I see him being Jimmy Butler but in little PG form once he starts getting lower and explosive on his drives like little guards should be. That’s means he can be the star on a team.

    Watched every game this season. At 21 he reminds me of Lonzo Ball + Josh Hart + Marcus Smart. + He has the shooting X Factor.
    Lonzo in his ability to push pace and make reads and passes out of any action, Josh Harts hustle and rebounding, and Marcus Smarts abilities to draw charges on anyone. Podz #1 in the entire NBA at drawn charges this year.

    I think Podz has a bit of a higher ceiling than people think. I can easily see him being a 22ppg 5rpg 7apg 40% 3pt PG/SG down the line, just needs to up his volume. His IQ is immaculate for his age, and learning under Curry? We saw what that did for Poole

    Quick question, how does flexibility affect basketball? Would getting more flexible improve my game a lot?

    • @chickenrex6835
      @chickenrex6835 4 місяці тому +7

      common platitude in basketball is "low man wins"ーyou need to be able get your shoulder below the defender while driving to the basket, having the flexibility to do this while maintaining your burst will make a big difference in how well you can create advantages

      Um, think about it. Ask the opposite question: "Will being super stiff and not stretching measurably improve my game?" The answer to that is the opposite of the answer to the opposite question you posted. You might as well have asked if correcting poor vision would improve your game. Or if working on strength and conditioning will benefit your game. Or if practicing 3-point shooting will increase your 3-point efficiency.
      Hint: yes, flexibility is an asset for an athlete and will help their bodies perform the routines directed by their brains.

      if its something you're spending a lot of time on there are far more things which would be way more beneficial to growing your game than that.

    • @achuchi2078
      @achuchi2078 4 місяці тому +2

      I’d say flexibility and balance work also help a lot on defense. Just being able to rotate your hips effectively at high speeds requires that sense of balance and hip mobility that comes with general flexibility.
