When the Liquid Terminator kills the fat cop he drags the body to a janitorial closet and then steals his gun. I bet the Liquid Terminator could form a functional gun but he can't do bullets, is the problem. But he carried different calibers inside his body, then he could just form a gun then load it with whatever bullets he has. It makes sense in my mind.
In the movie they explain that a T-1000 cannot form any mechanical moving parts. Just solid objects.
@@NikachuMTGLive I mean if you think about it though, a gun is just a series of solid objects formed into a mechanical weapon. So it seems like it could work as long as it could find bullets separately
